This is easily the finest hotel I have ever stayed at. Superb in every respect. Expensive, yes! But cheaper than comparable hotels in Paris. Well located. Well worth considering when visiting Versailles.

Hotel feels like an upscale country resort / spa. Impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at check-in. Food and service in the restaurant were quite good, although expensive. A lovely quiet hotel, right beside the palace. Staff were excellent. Breakfast which was served in a serene setting was varied, with more than enough to choose from. Room service however was quite limiting. The room was a reasonable size, the bathroom large, bright and well stocked.

After an overnight flight and arrival at CDG it was an easy ride to Versailles. Since it was still quite early our room was not ready. The receptionist and concierge were very pleasant and helpful.
