This was already our second time staying at lovely Hôtel du Nord - and we'll sure come back anytime. Service is charming, very friendly, and helpful. The rooms aren't very spacious and far from luxurious, but exactly what you need for a nice weekend in Paris. And as many of the previous reviewers mentioned, the location is superb, including Le... We loved our 1 night stay in this historic hotel (from the 17th century). It's within a block of the Metro and a great Brasserie with friendly staff and good food. It's within walking distance to some great neighborhoods (e.g.. Marais & Bastille). We would have enjoyed staying longer at this centrally located hotel and made use of the free... More

Adorable small hotel with a very convenient location. The friendly personnel is more than happy to rent you one of the bikes, but the times I visited this hotel I just walked or took the tube. You’re in the middle of the Canal Saint-Martin area full of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Marais is close by and so is the... More

I first saw this hotel when I walked down the street, and immediately decided to come back to stay. What caught my attention was the charming old style reception and the bicycles placed outside, to use free of charge for visitors above 18 years old. We stayed four Nights in February, and the hotel totally lived up to expectations. Unfortunately... More

The thing we loved about this hotel was that it was near a metro station, and you could walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, but it was not in a "touristy" section (we encountered many more locals than tourists). The rates were reasonable for Paris (we rented two rooms for our family of four: a room with a double... More

Hotel Du Nord has a central location, close to Le Republique (a square in Paris, located on the border between the 3rd, 10th and 11th arrondissements). We stayed there 3 nights as a family trip. I won't be able to make a comment about the breakfast because our reservation didn't include breakfast. If you want to have breakfast, you have... More

Close to the underground, at a walking distance to Place De La Republique and a little more to the very center ....we were walking to Notre Dame - 1 hour. There are charmant little restaurants, creperie and tapas bar in the neighboorhood, close to the channel. Rooms are basic. The hotel personnel was very welcoming. You could have free bikes... More

We spent 3 nights at Hotel du Nord. We arrived on Eurostar and this hotel was within walking distance of the Gard du Nord. The hotel was very welcoming. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel, so we didn't have a view. The room was fairly basic, but good for the price. It... More
