Arrived at a reasonable time and to start with the guy at the reception couldn't find our booking even with the booking confirmation we printed out, once we got to our room the light in the bathroom didn't work, after asking them to fix it and arguing for 5 minutes we finally got it replaced, room was extremely dusty, the... Do not know where to begin... Terribly dirty, everything is broken or not useful. whole facility is in ruins. No free wi-fi. After check out, we wanted to leave our luggage for 4 hours. They did not accept that, said it is "impossible". What's the purpose of staying in a hotel if you can not leave your luggage for couple... More

I highly recommend this cute and real Parisian hotel for all young couples, who can't have a meal in the Ladurée but wanna enjoy the the real soul of Paris. I travelled with my love to celebrate our anniversary here, and of course we read the reviews of this hotel here. We affraid a bit, because all of you before took... More

This is a very conjusted hotel and not hygenic too. Accessibility is good with the Colonel Fabien metro train station few meters away. Not recommended for couples and family. No free WiFi. We booked hotel a day before we left for Paris, so most of the hotels were booked, so had very less choice to choose from.

We had booked at Hipotel Paris Bordeaux but when we got there, the guy of the reception sent us to this one because he had no rooms but he sent us walking about ten block with our heavy backpacks and never offered us a cab. When we arrived at the Belleville, the guys from the reception were smoking and asked... More

Hi all, I stayed for 3 nights with my friend in February. The reason I chose Hipotel was mainly the low price and the good location... To be honest, the hotel is horrible in terms of the maintanance. It's not dirty - it is tired and neglected. However, the staff are brilliant and you get a clean semi-comfortae bed to... More

Seriously, I already lived in many hotels. But it was nicer to stay in Thailand in the jungle with 100 insects instead of this "hotel". When we arrived the staff were really friendly - at first. It seemed that they speak good english and gave us a really nice welcoming. Our room was on the first floor, which was ok,... More

The bathroom was extremely dirty. The shower was out of order. Internet is not working (you have to pay extra for it) . Horrible!! They did not clean the rooms. There is no elevator. Avoid that hotel.

This place was definitely an experience. One good aspect is that the receptionists were quite helpful. The hotel is a confusing maze of rooms spread across two separate buildings, with showers and toilets located randomly throughout, often without signage. I didn't enjoy showering in a tiny cubicle which barely accommodated me, let alone my clothes, which I left in a... More

Staff were extremely unpleasant to deal with, charging us an extra 4 euro which was not included in the set price, and gave us a room that constantly stank of faeces. The windows had to be kept open all night long due to the unbearable smell, and the bed had to be completely stripped, as there were clumps of hair... More
