The member of staff on duty was very helpful and friendly. We paid for a room with a shared bathroom however, we were offered a downstairs en-suite instead to save us from carrying the suitcase up and down the stairs. We were also given wi-fi access at half price. The room was not pleasant, the sink was clogged and no... More

This is without a doubt the worst hotel (and I use that word very loosely) that I have ever stepped foot in. When we got in it all looked dirty, the staff basically ignored us while we were trying to check in. It took about 10 minutes to even get our room number. When they finally gave us our key,... More

The "hotel" looked more like a horror -movie dorm. They asked us not to show any document and did not give us any receipt or invoice. I wondered which kind of customers could be there if there was no control on people. The palace was old, dirty and we had to sleep on our own towels because the blankets were... More

This is the worst hotel in the world. It's not even a hotel, it's a hostel. The room we stayed at was smashed up, the beds were dirty and the shower walls were covered in mould. Then the walls are paper thin so you can here all the other people staying there coming in drunk and banging at 1 am... More

If you want a really small room with a hard bed where you have to share an even smaller pillow, this is the place for you. To make it even worse, they built small tables into the wall on one side of the bed so that you couldn't even turn over without the threat of injuring yourself. The bathroom was... More

I stay in this hotel for 1 night. It was one if the worst hotel I ever stay. The guy in reception is very rude and not very helpful. By mistake I book share bathroom & toilet room but i couldn't find bathroom to share. Only found toilet which is also very old. I ask to them if I can... More

Me and my friend stayed for three nights in this so called hotel. Simply put, the worst place ever. The bed was super tiny and we had to share the pillow and the blanket. We had a shared bathroom in the hallway, and it was so disgusting that we only showered once... The air in the room was really bad... More

We stayed three nights in the hotel in a double room sharing a bath with six other rooms. The bath was actually the best part of it.. The room was quite lousy - dirty, worn, the sink and toilet barely working, and there was no functioning door to the toilet (not so to the shared bathroom). All of this could... More

Arrived at a reasonable time and to start with the guy at the reception couldn't find our booking even with the booking confirmation we printed out, once we got to our room the light in the bathroom didn't work, after asking them to fix it and arguing for 5 minutes we finally got it replaced, room was extremely dusty, the... Do not know where to begin... Terribly dirty, everything is broken or not useful. whole facility is in ruins. No free wi-fi. After check out, we wanted to leave our luggage for 4 hours. They did not accept that, said it is "impossible". What's the purpose of staying in a hotel if you can not leave your luggage for couple... More
