We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the location is very close to Le Ban Marche store and the Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse which are both worth visiting for different reasons. The hotel and room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. we had a room 11 on the first floor facing the street but it... More

This hotel is perfect for people who want a simple, clean boutique hotel in a good location in Paris. Located in the Montparnasse section, it is within blocks of several metro stops, as well as around 15-20 minutes walking distance over to major Paris attractions, including the Latin Quarter, the Tuilleries, the Louve, and various impressionist museums. The staff was... More

I was only in town for 1 night, so a very short stay, however this really is a lovely hotel. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Metro, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are, as you would expect in Paris, compact however the space is used very efficiently and the bed is comfortable.... More

We spent the night as a stopover to Geneva. The front desk made checking in and gave recommendations on restaurants. The room was very clean. The hotel is close to the metro and we were able to get to the tourist attractions and our connecting train the next morning easily. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my 11 year old niece and the hotel suited us perfectly. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The Metro was on the doorstep which made it quick and easy to visit the major sights. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, even though we were at the front of the... More

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in what I can only be described as a beautiful bijou hotel. I did debate whether to review this hotel as it was soo good I wanted to keep it to myself and not share! The hotel location was perfect for all the tourist attractions and the many restaurants in and around... More

While the rooms are a bit small and that is standard for Europe, I loved the location of this hotel. It was close enough to walk to everything or a few metro stops away, but I still go the feel of being in a real Parisian neighborhood not in a tourist center! There were cute local neighborhoods and cafes to... More

My wife and I recently stayed for a week and enjoyed the hotel very much. We chose it based on the location, it looked Parisian and charming and it was good for all that and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is nice and the metro station is 2 minutes walk. Although the rooms are a... More

I found this hotel to be quite nice. Clean, polite staff, comfortable little lobby/bkfst spot. I was actually surprised at how accurate all the pictures were and my expectations were met. I typically have to prepare myself for a little let-down because often pics make hotels look nicer than they are ... but this one was spot on. Well done.... More

We stayed a weekend at this hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated, both in the lobby and rooms. A metro station just 1 minute away, but there are more charming streets then this in Paris. There wasn't a lot around, a few restaurants. The rooms was tiny, but we didn't spend that much time there. Bathroom was also tiny, but... More

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighborhood Profile
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the center of Paris this neighborhood has something for every hour of the day.
