Myself and my wife stayed at Hotel Lumen in Feb '15 for three nights. I booked the hotel as a surprise trip for her birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the price was rather a lot i found that once we arrived it was worth the money. The hotel is just a stone's throw from The... More

Hotel Lumen is in the right part of town. I mean, the Louvre is right next door!! The metro entrance is a block and half away, which is super convenient when your trying to get around the city's various attraction. Not to mention that when you leave, it won't be to much to walk with your luggage, to get the... More

A nice little hotel, very near to the Luvre, If you like to walk the Champs Eleysee, and the Eiffel Tour are not far. Renting one of Paris rental bikes also makes getting around easy. I found the staff to be friendly, the buffet breakfast good but not great, the rooms well appointed, clean and nicely finished. I can recommend... More

Stayed here for a weekend with my daughter. We had a wonderful corner room on the 5th floor. Room had pllenty of space for us with a large comfortable bed. Wondeful Hermes toiletries and a towel warmer in the bathroom. Bathroom was large but could have used more counter space. Shower was great but the glass panel was too small... More

Stayed here for 9 nights over Christmas...Location is extremely SAFE and in a RITZY part of Paris. The room did have some stains on carpet, bathroom floor was always wet around edges due to the shower door....having NO door. But, HECK your in Paris and we had 3 huge windows with lots of light and the convenience of walking out... More

I am in love with the location of this hotel. Loads of boutiques around this neighbourhood. The room was fab, and the view from the 5th floor magnifique! The breakfast included delicious French Parisian pastries (what you NEED in Paris!). Everyone was very friendly and kind! I highly recommend it!!

A old fashion Paris building, as always beautiful, which has been refurbished. I stayed at the hotel in May 2014, and although my room was not big (a bit tight) everything was to perfection. 3 big windows, including one in the the bathroom (glass walls with white curtain) overlooking the cathedral which was great and very quiet. Staff very helpful... More

The worst stay i have experienced in a hotel was Lumen Hotel Paris. I am truly disappointed in on this one. Unless it is 4 star, luxury and boutique hotel, STAY away. It is worth no more than 1 star and far from luxury or boutique. The room was dirty and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There was some... More
