The hotel is in a good position, very near to the Louvre and Tuilleries garden. The staff are very helpful, and any issues with the room were quickly dealt with. I do question the 4* rating of the hotel however, for two reasons. 1) The restaurant, which we used both for breakfast and one evening meal (when we first arrived,... More

I chose this hotel for its convenient location and 4* rating. Just a few steps from the metro Pyramides, its location means that you are really central to all attractions, but situated on a relatively quiet street. Our superior room had everything we needed, including an ultra big bed which was so comfortable, safe, aircon, nice bathroom, etc. Breakfast was... More

I have stayed at Hotel Lumen 3 times over the past 4 years and have always enjoyed my stay. Perfect location, close to the metro, walking distance to The Louvre and all of the attractions along the river, wonderful staff and service. The breakfast is lovely and worth it to add to your booking. Enjoy a variety of warm and... More

This hotel is right in the heart of Paris and offers beauty, comfort, great service and amazing staff. We stayed here once before and loved it but couldn't get a booking on our second trip. We ended up staying around the corner at a terrible hotel with mould in the tiles and beds that hurt our backs. Desperate we went... More

The Hotel is situated in a perfect location if you want to discover the most exclusive parts of central Paris. Both Louvre and the best shopping is within walking distance. As most hotels in Paris also Lumen offers small rooms. They are very nice and quite. Great breakfast as well. I can recommend the hotel if you're willing to pay... More

A good and very central hotel (around the corner of the Louvre), but on the pricy side for what was offered. It is the location you pay for, as everything is very standard. The hotel is fine, but not very exiting. It has all the standard equipment, standard breakfast, but failed to swoon me. This has more to do with... More

I absolutely love this hotel!! Great location, lovely rooms, best box spring beds and softest sheets :-) We try and stay here every time we visit Paris. Boutique hotel, exclusive look, we use booking for good prices, it's not a cheep hotel, but worth every penny.

Myself and my wife stayed at Hotel Lumen in Feb '15 for three nights. I booked the hotel as a surprise trip for her birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the price was rather a lot i found that once we arrived it was worth the money. The hotel is just a stone's throw from The... More

Hotel Lumen is in the right part of town. I mean, the Louvre is right next door!! The metro entrance is a block and half away, which is super convenient when your trying to get around the city's various attraction. Not to mention that when you leave, it won't be to much to walk with your luggage, to get the... More

A nice little hotel, very near to the Luvre, If you like to walk the Champs Eleysee, and the Eiffel Tour are not far. Renting one of Paris rental bikes also makes getting around easy. I found the staff to be friendly, the buffet breakfast good but not great, the rooms well appointed, clean and nicely finished. I can recommend... More
