This hotel was excellently located for our needs of being close to central Paris and some of its major tourist sites. Restaurant recommendations were great as was the service (including an early morning breakfast packed in a take out bag). The AC was maxed out at 80F plus and could not keep up with the mid-summer heat.

Wonderful hotel in the best location for walking to all the Paris sights. It's so close to The Louvre, and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The restaurant in the hotel is superb and is in a lovely, picturesque setting. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. My room was quite spacious and I loved the beautiful bathroom. Traveling alone,... More

We had four days at this hotel which was very central. While an older style hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. The heart shaped rose petals laid out on the bed was a bit over the top, but might appeal to some. Breakfast was basic but Ok. Staff were friendly and the restaurant bar was very handy. The lift... A very nice hotel, did the job for our 4 night stay in paris. The rooms were to a very good standard and the hotel was located within walking distance to the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe. The service was bery good and staff were also very friendly.

Even better! An excellent hotel perfectly situated some 150 m from the Louvre and just a bit more from L'Opera. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have all facilities required; wifi, safe, robes, even a 13 British socket and BBC 1&2 plus World Service etc. All staff are most welcoming and ensure you will enjoy your stay. Having breakfast on site... More

I decided to try this boutique hotel after seeing the promotion it held with Visa Infinite, and I was completely satisfied with my 1-night stay there. First of all, this very friendly front desk lady gave me a surprise upgrade to their top-floor suite - for me, even though I had received a few surprising upgrades at other hotels during... More

The room and bathroom is nice and clean. The breakfast is delicious. Location of hotel is perfect, just a minute away from metro and shopping area. The girls at the concierge are very helpful. However, on our last day of visit, the guy at concierge was quite impolite.

The staff is very professional and helpful, including the staff in the restaurant. The only hitch was that the domestic staff kept forgetting to replace our wash clothes. We had to complain to the front desk twice. Finally they left the old wash clothes which we reused. Back to the positives: we requested a car for the ride from the... More
