Great rooms, traditional breakfast, helpful staff and above all else a wonderful location. the only negative is the lack of wifi. There is no parking except for on street but there is a public underground multi storey and the lift opens up right by the hotel entrance.

Stayed here on a business trip for one night. We arrived around 12:00 absolutely starving, but unfortunately the restaurants were shut, we did manage to get some snacks from the bar and some beers. Next time I'll make sure we eat before travelling to the hotel from the airport. Rooms are good and the staff are very friendly, overall a... More

Everything here was very cute. I had a cute little room, the night clerk was very cute, the little Café for breakfast was also very cute. It is not a large, spacious hotel. However I would highly recommend it, it has a lot of character, the staff is very friendly, the buffet breakfast every morning was delicious, and the location... More

The Lumen is only 200 metres from the train station,500 metres to the Louvre and convenient for Musee D'Orsay. A casual stroll will also take you to Notre Dame but will take about 20 minutes. The rooms are comfortable enough and we stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast is a well appointed variety of food to cater for most tastes.

Stayed at this property over the weekend. A very nice hotel in an excellant location. There is an outside bar area, very nice to sit and watch the world go by with a glass of wine. Only one thing they can improve on, breakfast. It's all there for the taking but it's the first time I've had to serve my... More

This hotel is shabby chic really. Rooms small but the excellent location, service and breakfasts make up for that. Safe to walk back to at night. Stayed here twice now and will again when return to Paris

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in July 2015. We absolutely loved it! We are from the US and expected very small rooms, so we were excited to see the amount of space we had. The bathrooms are the highlight-extremely spacious and had it's own separate balcony. The bathroom had granite finishes and was very bright-toiletries were... More

This hotel was excellently located for our needs of being close to central Paris and some of its major tourist sites. Restaurant recommendations were great as was the service (including an early morning breakfast packed in a take out bag). The AC was maxed out at 80F plus and could not keep up with the mid-summer heat.

Wonderful hotel in the best location for walking to all the Paris sights. It's so close to The Louvre, and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The restaurant in the hotel is superb and is in a lovely, picturesque setting. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. My room was quite spacious and I loved the beautiful bathroom. Traveling alone,... More

We had four days at this hotel which was very central. While an older style hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. The heart shaped rose petals laid out on the bed was a bit over the top, but might appeal to some. Breakfast was basic but Ok. Staff were friendly and the restaurant bar was very handy. The lift...
