I recently stayed at three different 4-5 star hotels in Paris as part of a week long business trip. Of all the hotels, the Best Western Mercedes offered the best value in terms of room size (I booked deluxe), king bed, excellent bathroom with tub, cleanliness, view, location and staff friendliness. Staff was helpful. Nice location. Close to subway. We had a room with a small balcony so we could see the arc de triomphe from a distance but still was magical. I would stay here again.

What more can you ask for? Sure, the rooms aren't huge but this is Paris so what do you expect? The shower was excellent, a comfortable bed, good location. I will be staying there again when I next need to be anywhere north of the Champs Elysees and west of the centre.

Second visit, not as good as the first when it was independent but great location for a long weekend

Hotel with comfortable room and nice location. I regret the breakfast room in the basement. At the desk, you are welcomed well. The lift is quite small. I regret the high price during some periods of the year which is not in line with the services.

Good value for money, friendly staff , nice location.. Only negative which is normal is elevator is tiny - hope you are not claustrophobic... Close to arc de triomph 5 minutes walk and lots of interesting small stores in side streets...
