Prepaid 2 rooms for family with 11 and 9 yo kids for 4 nights. The hotel is close to the train station. Breakfast is ok for those days may be not for a longer period (like any other hotel breakfast). The rooms are small may get difficulties to store our luggages. The bath room is almost the same size as... More

Mercure Paris Terminus Nord, Paris A gem of a find. I needed a room for a one nighter in Paris, travelling back home to Scotland after working in Africa for ten days and chose this hotel as it was located near the Gare du Nord with a direct link to Charles de Gaulle airport. The Gare du Nord is far... More

One of the worst hotel staff in Paris, room not clean, make sure to leave all your valuable somewhere else anything more than 5 euro is valuable. I have sent them many emails with my complaint and they ignored all of them

I recently stayed in Mercure Hotel as I travelled to Paris for a Christmas trip with my colleagues. The fact that the Hotel is literally opposite the Gare Du Nord station was perfect as we travelled with Eurostar. All the stuff was extremely helpful and very polite. Even the group booking went smoothly thanks to a lovely lady Sylvie who... More

We selected this hotel for easy access to Gare du Nord and we're pleased with the comfortable and large room, not something you always find in Paris hotels. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only small drawback was that the bathroom sink needed replacement

The hotel is located just in front of the Gare du Nord in Paris, with several Metro lines in the station which make it great to visit Paris. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable (with a fairly large bed for the single room). The staff is friendly and welcoming. The drawback is the price of the breakfast which is... More

Firstly, if you are using the EuroStar, this hotel is absolutely perfect, as it's directly across the street from Gare du Nord in Paris. The hotel itself is 3 star, but is quite a nice 3 star. The rooms are quite roomy for a Parisian hotel (some are like shoe boxes) and the reception and dining areas are all quite... More

Fantastic location for the Gare du Nord, just across the road. Asked for a quiet room on a high floor as rooms facing the road are obviously noisy. My room on the 4th floor facing the courtyard was quiet except it was right by the lift. Room was small with a massive comfortable bed but the bathroom was a very... More

Stayed at this hotel with my family earlier this month, the location was perfect but the "privilege" room that we were given was in a very sorry state. The carpets was dirty, tiles in the bathroom were all cracked. I could not believe that this was the state of their privilege room. Definitely not staying here again.
