Very freindly service from everyone in the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Extremely convenient situation accross the road from Gare du Nord. Not far from Montmartre area. Discovered the hotel at 1AM after a major Train disruption stratnding 1000 people. I was lucky to get the last room but the reception staff was very freindly to find rooms... More

An easy journey from CDG airport to this hotel - and easy to find! Reception staff were very helpful, cosy bar (yes, drinks are a little on the expensive side, but on a par with most hotel bars) Really good buffet style breakfast. Metro and train station on the doorstep, so really convenient for sightseeing. Room was clean and a... More

This hotel is a little dated in its décor. The rooms were comfortable and with little noise. Although you do hear the underground railway rumble. The heating was good as was the AC. As ststed the décor of the room could do with a face lift especially the bathroom - the sink which was crazed and worn. The staff were... More

A stones throw away from Gare Du Nord and metro station right in front of the hotel entrance. Incredibly convenient for an early departure or late arrival on Eurostar or Thalys (we did both). Area is ok if you walk south of the hotel or towards Sacre Coeur, which you can see from the hotel. Rooms small but fully adequate,... More

Very helpful in dealing with our stay and assisting with our queries re sights to see and how to get around the city. The room was very good having requested a change as the original was too small, and the heating was not working properly.

Very well located for transport links, the area around the hotel is fine with restaurants, bars, convenience shops etc. Had no problems. Hotel room was fine, with expected facilities. Very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant indeed. Had a problem with the room not being serviced on our second day when we got back to the room, but after one call... More

Spent 2 nights in this hotel in an upgraded room which was very spacious. Decor was nice, and no problems with cleanliness. Location is directly across the road from the train station, and as we travelled by Eurostar it was extremely convenient. They provide a free baggage drop service, which was absolutely vital before check in and after check out.... More

Unlike other Mercure hotels, this one has something special, a unique atmosphere The decorating is stylish although it may need to be maintained. Great room despite a correct bathroom that didn't match the general quality. Very warm staff making the stay even better. Great hotel when you travel by train from / to Nortern and Eastern France (or UK /... More

Whether you are flying in to Paris or (as we did) travelling by Eurostar, a 30-metre stroll across the road and you are in the hotel lobby, where LOU is one of the star receptionists. Our top floor room gave us a perfect view of the old station's refurbished grandeur, and was high above the teeming station traffic. A carnet... More
