- Mercure Paris

We spent one night here due to its proximity to the station on our way back o London. Compared to another three star hotel we stayed in in Paris earlier, this was terrible.
When we arrived we handed our luggage over to the porter. I informed him that the handle for wheeling the suitcase was broken, so it would have...

This hotel is in such a great location.Opposite the terminal for the Eurostar, by a metro and with lots of good places to eat nearby. My friend and I had a plush room, with leather bed head, large TV in the wall and spotlessly clean large bathroom. We also were able to go out on to the balcony and watch...

I usually do not write reviews. My wife and I have frequented many accor properties. Accor has issues at time, but this particular location was beyond disappointing. The carpet had stains all over the room, the curtains could not be pulled closed because the track was not functioning, the bathroom was one of those that no matter how many showers...

we always stay here because of the practicalities - hop off the eurostar - dump bags at hotel - off for lunch - no faffing around on the metro /taxi wasting good eating and drinking time getting to your hotel. The hotel is otherwise pretty average - although we had a great room this time - facing the gare du...

Stayed for 3 nights. No real complaints as took advantage of a 50% off offer. I feel they put us in a room which was not up to the best standard if we had paid the full normal price.
I think because we took advantage of a special offer they chose not to give us the best standard room.
But,...

It is not our common practice to allocate “less fortunate” rooms according to the price and I do apologise if you felt that this was the case.
We do pride ourselves in welcoming all our guests and attempt to give them the best room available. I do believe that in your case it was more due to the...

this is a railway station (Paris Nord) hotel, with a very convenient location, and pleasant decor; rooms are decent, bathrooms not in the best shape, but those on the outside have beautiful balcony on the Boulevard
Dear Guest,
I am very happy that you enjoyed our location and decor. We are working on our bathrooms in order to improve their current condition.
Regarding the rooms with balconies, there are some where you can actually have a view of both the Eiffel tower AND Montmartre.
I look forward to welcoming you back and if you ask for...

Just had the one night needing an early start for the Eurostar. The perfect location, right opposite Gare du Nord station. It was a Ftiday night, so a bit noisy with the rowdy element celebrating until the early hours - earplugs are recommended. The hotel seemed a bit tired, with the bathroom being a bit worn and chipped enamel, but...

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for your feedback and that you considered us “well worth it”.
Please be advised that we are in the process of laying out a renovation plan of our bathrooms which should take place within the next few months. We are currently refreshing all our corridors which will certainly give us a more “youthful” look....

I was taken for my birthday to Paris for the first time and this was the perfect hotel to stay in. Right opposite the Gare Du Nord Eurotstar station, taxis everywhere to just hop in one. The staff were all very helpful. when we first arrived our room hadnt been cleaned yet so they moved us to another room straight...
