We just came home from a week in Paris at this hotel. Located very neer the Bastille square, so getting around is easy. For Paris, the rooms are nice and big. Nothing special, but you have what you need. Cleaning every day. Nice staff in reception. They speak multiple languages, eg. english, french and spanish. There is a roof top... More

We enjoyed three nights at the Mercure Paris Bastille St Antoine. Although our fourth floor room was very small, it had a relaxing private outdoor terrace. With a nice view, it was great to sit on the terrace when taking a break from our days exploring Paris. The room was clean, quiet and the hotel staff was very friendly. Isabel... More

We stayed here for a bank holiday weekend - you can take the fast trains from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon (Line D?) and the hotel is a five minute walk. The hotel is contemporary. Room are smallish but fine if you are visiting paris for sightseeing etc. It is located in a quiet street in Bastille. There... More

Bad things first: bedcovers and pillows like plasric. Sweaty. Tv programs very limited. Windows probably from the 70ies, ugly carpet/no laminate. Good: cosy hotel, friendly staff, good location, comparatively quiet, nice terrace on the roof (go arrange breakfast there, but allow 20 minutes of French delay... ;-)), clean, in reach of metro, surrounded by nice small bistros and a wonderful... The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the customer service: attentive and very positive. Onto the negatives: 1) Rooms are horrible - bad use of space, poor decor, confusing layouts & not very clean. In fact, there was a mouldy pot of jam under our bed and the side table was covered in spilt tea, not... More

Dear guest, I do remember you, upon check-in time and moving to another room... and you felt satisfied about it. I'm really sad to read your comments about your stay among us. Apparently you've had a very bad experience, the worst ever, in our small hotel. I'm so desappointed you didn't appreciate it. Most of our guests enjoy it !... More

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The area was a good location near Bastille but the street was a little scruffy with rubbish/bins out on the pavements outside the hotel everyday. Rooms were very small but funtional, could do with a bit of a refresh. The bathroom in our terrace room had been re-done which was nice.... More

What a wonderful place to stay for my first holiday to Paris. I decided to book a slightly more expensive Privelege room, which was on the top floor and had a private balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower. This room also had free soft drinks and water, a high quality iPhone/iPad dock to listen to my music, and Nespresso... More

A return visit, which met my expectations as before. However, my stay ended up at over £200 per night! My stay was required for business, and the hotel was good, and breakfast is included which is nice! Not a vast selection, but everything you need to start the day off well! Stay was comfortable, and the free WiFi is great!... More
