I stayed at this hotel my first 5 days in Paris. Nice friendly staff. I felt ill and they assisted me. Very helpful when we needed something. I checked out and forgot my expensive winter cap in the room. I sent them and email and they responded immediately. They said that they found it and will send it to me.... More

Room great especially with free upgrade, plenty of choice at breakfast and service at front desk superb, both prior to arrival via emails and on arrival and throughout our stay. Will most definitely return to this small and charming hotel. Also good location to metro, 5-10 min walk, Though if taking a car you can pre-book a secure parking space... More

This was our second time staying at the Mercure Bastille Saint Antoine and it was even better than the first time around! The lobby had been renovated in the past couple years since our previous stay, and looked very nice. We stayed in a privilege double room which afforded more space and a door to close off the bedroom from... More

We stayed here for 1 night. I liked the location as it wasn't in the middle of Paris, so we were able to see some local markets and more rustic places. Near to a few metro stops. Definitely use the metro to get around. The rooms were sufficient, clean, it was a comfy bed, there were darkened curtains, separate toilet... More

We stayed at this hotel to be close to a friend's apartment complex over the summer. The hotel turned out to be close to a train station that took us directly to most places we wanted to go to. The hotel itself was a 3-star hotel in terms of luxury and comfort. The room was ridiculously small, but it seemed... More

I recently made a reservation at the Mercure Paris Bastille San Antonie, when I received the confirmation email I noticed the dates were wrong nov 29th- dec 4th 2015. We stayed for 2 nights in 3 double rooms. All well presented after a recent refurbishment. Alas, the reception, lounge & bar were still in the midst of that refurbishment which we were not made aware of prior to arrival. This did not affect the service we were given which was courteous and helpful. Also will mean that any future... More

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly with great English. The rooms were spacious and clean with windows you can open and look out onto the surrounding streets. You can walk to most popular sites except the Eiffel Tower. There are restaurants everywhere and a fresh food market across the road in the mornings. I strongly suggest going... More

I booked this hotel for a special event, approx 6 months in advance. Alas, the hotel was beign refurbished, so I was written to, with about 1 week to make alternative plans as my terrace room was being refurbished, or to move to an "upgraded" room. I had to keep the room, as with such short notice. This meant the... More
