What can I say? Flawless. I stay there between 20th and 23rd Nov 2014. I had booked without really knowing the hotel or location. The room (privilege double) was classy, immaculate and very comfortable. The location was safe. The staff was courteous and helpful from check-in to checkout. One member of staff (Isabel) stood out for her helpfulness and professionalism.... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week over Christmas in the privilege room. The beds are very firm and pillows are either memory foam or thick and fluffy. The front desk service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We purchased a package that included breakfast. SAVE your 15 Eur pp. There are many places for breakfast, a market is... More

I stayed for one night in this hotel. It is located in a residential area but I found it quite noisy with people screaming on the street ect... It is not located in "touristic area" but in a small street at about 500 min from the closest metro stop. The hotel definitely needs renovation; it has started in the hallway... More

We stayed for a weekend in this property. Pros: Typical Mercure product, you get what you expect with no bad surprises Location is great. The hotel is in the middle of a very lively quartier, there is a nice street market right across the street, and a huge choice of bars and trendy restaurants within walking distance. The nearest metro... More

Very friendly staff and hotel was situated very nicely for the Metro into centre of Paris. Room was very small but had uninterrupted sleep and was adequate for our stay of 3 nights. We ate locally and found plenty of restaurants that were inexpensive. Roof top seating area was ok to take a drink and enjoy relaxing for a while.

This hotel is supposedly 4 star. The receptionist made no effort to be welcoming or helpful. the room was so tiny that there was no room for a small table on one side of the bed, the window was single-glazed so all the noise from the street ( a racket that went on all night) kept us awake. We will... More

Dear guests, We thank you for sharing your opinion with us, Our hotel is known for being situated in a quiet location overlooking a stalemate. We are sorry that you were disturbed all night. The staff at the reception was always very helpful and friendly. The first night we were in a "Privilege Room" the three other nights in a Terrace Room. The privilege room was small, no botte of wáter and really nothing "privilege" I think that the terrace room was at least as big, or even bigger and had the same amenities,... More

I wanted a location close to Gare de Lyon train station, it was a bit further than described on their website, a solid 20 min walk with luggage. Had a top floor room with balcony. Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.
