This hotel pretends to be a 3 Star Hotel but it is in reality not even on a 2 star level. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms ridiculously small. Not even a soap provided at the basin. The staff were also not particularly friendly. It only has a convenient location but is definitely overpriced. Access to Wifi was very... More

We had a terrible time here!! We booked an extra night direct with the hotel. When we arrived we were told it hadnt been reserved for us and we didnt have a room for the night. After a heated discussion and me providing the emails that proved the booking of the room we were given a different one to stay... More

Stayed one night with a friend. Terrible service!! The staff could not even give us directions. Hotel under renovation not mention when booked. Beware. No hot water in apparently new bathroom. Wrote to the director and he does not have a clue whatsoever how to write a proper professional letter and insure customer satisfaction. Just stay away!

The hotel has great location, but its really inconvenient that that are doing renovations and still receive clients! Rooms are too small, we have been to 2 star hotels but this is the worst! Do not book here... Maybe after a year...

We booked the suite for 2 adults and 2 kids for the proximity to the train station. We booked through booking.com and nowhere was it mentioned that the hotel was in construction. We arrived at 2pm to find out our room was not ready. Once we got in our room ( 2 hours later) we were greeted by construction workers... More

Small, but quiet and very convenient. Especially if you plan to leave Paris from Montparnasse railway station (just 3 minutes by foot). And close to the theatres in rue de la Gaieté. Staff was very friendly.

I stayed in room 42 for 3 nights in Sept 2013. I did not check the reviews first which was a mistake. There are too many things wrong with this place to describe here at length. Beware that the web pictures are not representative of the hotel. Breakfast is horrible, keep your 7 Euros for decent food at the Gare... More

Some areas of the hotel were definitely shabby, and the room was tiny, as were the bathroom and shower. And the lift? I'd recommend the stairs although this was the worst maintained part of the premises. Not all bad though. Very comfortable bed, perfectly clean room and bathroom, and the breakfast was acceptable without being memorable. Staff were friendly enough... More

I paid 109 euros for 1 night stay . I choose it because of how close it is to Gare Montparnasse. My wife and I were received with a loud hammering done by someone trying to force into one of the rooms , since the guest was locked out and had all of her belongings inside. The room was dirty,... Staying in Montparnasse

Neighborhood Profile
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the center of Paris this neighborhood has something for every hour of the day.
