the housekeeping was a nice guy, but suddenly came into the room in the early morning which made me feel very dangerous. the Wi-Fi had very weak signal, the manager was terrible, did not keep their words, and not tourist-friendly. the worst experience ever!

We reserved room with included breakfast but they didn't want to serve us breakfast... Rooms are very dirty. Very loud. Full of moscittos. Wouldn't recommend to worst enemy! Staff understands some english but don't want to speak any language but french.

i found the hotel to be what it said. small and conveniently near to the station. budget prices indicated basic amenities. i had worried about my stay after reading so many negative reviews after i had booked. the staff we encountered were without doubt fantastically helpful and friendly. most spoke more english than i do french!.towels and sheets in room... OK it's basic but the location is great for Gare du Nord. Not a good start because the room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned, but the guy on reception certainly understood English - Yes I heard it the first time,Madam - and quickly sorted another room out. Yes, there ' s traffic noise but it is on a main... More

BEDBUGS - I got bitten by bedbugs and these 96 bites are getting swollen and very itchy. We even saw bedbugs walking cheerfully on the beds! Unorganized - I stayed there for 4 nights. We paid everything but the receptionist claimed we havent paid the last night. The next morning, when we talked to them again to confirm that we... More

A dump. Small, noisy, frightful elevator (when it worked). The worst place I ever stayed and that's saying a lot. Location was near the Eurorail station but far from everywhere else. The outside doesn't give you a clue of how bad it is inside.

I stayed at the hotel for a night. The pictures looked good online but are very misleading. The location is about 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. We stayed in room 203 which was on the 2nd floor. The lift did not work and hence we had to climb the stairs with our luggage. There is a noisy parrot... More
