Location is good, its right next to a metro station of Jaures. Nice quiet location. Not near any monument, which is good considering the prices they make on restaurants near any monument.Accomodation are OK. Cleaning is good. For the prices they make in Paris, i can say its a nice hotel. Staff is great (its the best thing), they kept... More

We stayed for four nights as a city getaway. Great location, literally just outside Jaures metro stop. Within walking distance of all the main attractions, or hop on the cheap metro system (EUR1.70 for anywhere in Paris). We arrived on Eurostar which stops at Paris Nord terminal. 15 minute walk from there, or 2 stops on the metro. We were... More

If you choose this hotel you will find a friendly owner and a well located place to stay. As positive points, you will find a good place to stay for the price that you pay. As negative points, the bedrooms are old and have old carpets.

Right across the street from Jaures station, 3 Metro lines. Clean, basic rooms, but a bit noisy due to the Metro. Grocery store close by as are other stores and restaurants. Feels like a safe neighborhood. No free WiFi, but next door is McDonalds with free WiFi.

Pros: Cheap, very clean, polite and helpful staff, very close to Metro station. Cons: Steep stairs, thin walls, very close to Metro station - train is loud! Free WiFi was not working at the time of our visit. An okay place to spend a couple of nights if you're on a tight budget.

The location is pretty good but thats about all. You can walk to the most sighteeing places within Paris and you can reach the airport pretty fast. They also have really friendly staff. The rooms lock like you are in a prison and the room is quite smelly as the furniture is pretty old. You really have to stay out... More

This was a great hotel to stay, it was very quick to access virtually any major Paris attraction. It is literally across the street from the Jaures Metro station, access to the M5,M2 and the M7ibs. To get to the charles de gaulle airport and others take the M5 to Gard du Nord then transfer to RER B takes about... More

If you can use earplugs this is a great cheap hotel. We liked that we were the only tourists on the streets in this neighborhood. Also, along the canal in the warm summer evenings gather the local young people to picnic and play boule. Cool place.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my wife in Aug-2014; my main concerns were location and budget, while she only demanded cleanliness. We had chosen this place after surfing the internet for 2 days and I'm glad we took it. It met our expectations of low price, good hygiene (daily housekeeping) and amazing location. Metro Jaures is next door... More
