Very nice, quiet hotel. ideally situated for tourists. The staff was very helpful, especially Andrzej helped us to orginize some facilities for my fiancee (he uses wheelchair). The hotel was very clean, service in the room was ok. I would add some facilities for disabled in the bathroom.

Yes, it's a great place to stay and relax in Paris. I felt welcomed by their gracious staff and appreciative of all of the expertise. The hotel has an old world charm; yet everything is well thought out, clean and works.... The room 301 was truly the whimsical selling point for me. Behind the double bed is a silhouetted skyline... Room small but clean and comfortable. Reasonable standard at the price in Paris. However reception staff were generally not good. Specific example. Booked a taxi at reception for the aiport the day before leaving . It did not arive because had not been ordered. Replacement arrived half an hour late and we were charged 55 euros. The price qouted on... More

The hotel is very nice with lift, hot pot, hairdryer and tea & coffee bag. The friendly staff to introduce the hotel. But when we sleep until mid-night, we were waked up by loudly discussing noise from nearby room. The voice is kept for 1 hour.

I arrived without a reservation and got the last available room! Which was actually a pleasant surprise, very clean, nicely decorated, bathroom super clean! Breakfast was very rich, by a three stars standards was even gorgeous and the girl serving it smiling always...thing which is quite rare in Paris, no? Will definitely come back to stay here, as it is... More

Booked here three times now through Booking.com. The hotel is OK for one night if you need access to Gare de Lyon. The first and third times were fine but on the second occasion they had to give our room to a family of three as they were double booked. They found us a room at their sister hotel down... More

I chose this hotel to be within walking distance to Gare de Lyon. Was only 5-10 min walk. Our room was freshly renovated and very clean. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman.

Before the last day of our trip, I would have had a much better take on this hotel. It is well located and I believed the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was quiet and actually pretty cool (although I believe we had the most expensive room in the hotel). The breakfast was abundant but not very good.... More

Stayed here for a long weekend with 7 friends for my hen do. For what we paid for it I thought it was very good. The rooms are very small and painted all one colour (ours was all purple, another was all orange). The bathroom was large and everything was very clean. Staff were efficient and helpful. Check in was... More
