We booked our hotel stay here last minute at the airport in Paris. The location was very ideal. We only had 24 hours in Paris to take in as much as we could. The metro was a block around the corner and gave us access to all the main attractions. The hotel was modern in design and had some wonderful... More

We organised two nights here mast week and were absolutely amazed! The Hotel is beautiful, the atmostphere is gorgeous and the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is right on a street of foodie treats and a short stroll away from the Luxembourg Gardens for the best walk ever. I can't wait to go back and strong... More

I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff was welcoming and responsive. The room was clean and well attended to throughout our stay. As a frequent visitor to Paris we are used to small rooms and pricey tariffs, but the size and layout of this one was difficult to manange and uncomfortable at best. This is no one's fault... More

Love the location, so easy to access from Gare du Nord. Close to St Germain, walking distance to good views of Eiffel Tower, Musee du Rodin (well worth a visit), the Seine - all within 30/40 min walk. Extremely friendly welcome, were able to check in early and was allocated the cosy room I'd requested. All in all, a perfect... More

The staff really made this experience incredible. They were welcoming, kind, accommodating and very available. Each request or question was dealt with respectfully and with huge smiles. I felt truly at home. The bag-man was also so very friendly and delivered macarons to our rooms! This will be my go-to hotel in Paris from now on. The rooms are classy... More

A truly beautiful and thoughtful boutique hotel close to amenities. The room as uniquely appointed and the theme of the hotel was beautiful. The only drawback is that the room was small and with larger bags it was hard to get at them but we would stay here again despite this as all the other positives outweighed it's size. The... More

A beautiful funky art hotel in a fantastic location , full of life but not at all feeling as if you are in the midst of a mass of fellow tourists. The tea room downstairs is stocked with an array of teas and the décor is excellent. The staff are super-friendly . I would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here for three nights on a recent business trip. It is an independent boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The staff were very helpful, and provided excellent service. The room was a bit on the small side, but clean and overall ok. I particularly loved the breakfast! The hotel is well located, just next to a metro... More

this is a small boutique hotel, a little off the main drag, it has a specific lovely aesthetic and friendly staff. it is highly recommended, the night i stayed there was a really helpful friendly man called "Flo" (not sure of the spelling) at the desk and he was just so nice, recommended a great bistro nearby and really looked... This was our first time at this hotel and to Montparnasse. We loved both and will return. The hotel is small but charmingly appointed and with lovely staff, all of whom wanted to speak English with us, frustrating my husband who speaks very good French! Independent, so not part of a chain, the small public spaces downstairs have a slightly... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
