If you are staying in the centre of Paris you are unlikely to get a hotel in such a good location with the same price and quality. If your are interested in staying in of the the big chain hotels this is not for you but if you would like a small genuine Paris hotel with friendly staff you are... More

Well located in The Marais with plenty of restaurants and bars locally. Very comfortable bed, modern equipment and modern decoration make this an ideal base to visit Paris. Room not very large but adequate but in fairness it was explained at time of booking that if we wanted a shower the room would be smaller.

This is a very nice little hotel in Le Marais, with very clean rooms, nice concierge, an elevator, and short walking distance to metro, Notre Dame, and the Bastille! Hussain is a very nice gentleman who made sure our stay is wonderful. He is always here to help. We will stay here again! Highly recommended as I love the Le... More

Three night stay ( 5th -8th December 2014). Hotel is very well located just a few minutes walk from St Paul metro station. First time in 4th arrondissement and would definitely return to this area when next in Paris. Fantastic range of restaurants, cafes and individual shops yet only a brief metro ride or interesting 30 minute walk into the... More

Really good location, nice walk to the Pompidou Centre. The hotel also has some really nice restaurants on its doorstep. The staff were really helpful and made good suggestions for restaurants locally. The room was not huge, but very comfortable with a really good shower. Would stay there again.

I loved my stay at Hotel Caron. First, the location is fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of the Marais, very close to St. Paul's Church and all the shops and restaurants on Rue Rivoli. The metro stop is a two minute walk from the hotel. There are tons of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The Picasso Museum... More

Good, clean hotel with excellent, reliable WIFI in fantastic location - a short walk from St Paul Metro station (line 1) near to la Place des Vosges and the Marais district. Beds were comfortable, rooms were easily darkened and aircon was efficient. Breakfast is not included - it is available but is pricey at 17 euros - but there are... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on business and I wish I could have stayed longer. Loved the neighborhood, and considering le Marais is one of the most expensive areas in the city, it's a very good value. Breakfast was not included, I remember it being a bit pricey (maybe around 17EUR) so I never partook in it.... More

Very nice recently renovated hotel right in the heart of Marais. The location is to die for; very close to the Metro station (St Paul), Marais, Place de Vosges and a very lively area, full with restaurants and cafes. The personnel is really lovely and friendly, ready to provide for anything you will ask for. Rooms are small but they... More

Upon arrival lady on desk spoke very good English explained the hotel & what was in the room which was a bar fridge which was all free & replaced each day including free water. Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
