Bed linen was very bad and it never solved the purpose of keeping us warm. There rest rooms were horrible especially the shared rest rooms. The rooms were stinking as there was no room freshener kept and there is no proper ventilation. The rooms heater makes noise whole night with water flowing in. There were no proper warm water supply.... More

Cheap hotel near gare de l'est, good for a short stay. A Moroccan man (receptionist) and his wife take care of the customers. The wife cleans and arranges the rooms. We stayed for one night, so the price is reasonable (we had an online booking on booking.com). The hotel is small, no restaurant, rooms are noisy we heard children screaming... More

The rooms were small and the bathroom consisted of a filthy shower and a sink basin. The toilet (size of a broom closet) was down the hall. The bedspreads were circa 1955 and needed to be replaced. The clerk only spoke French and we attempted to communicate in broken Frenglish and with our French-English phrase book. He demanded that we... More

The location of the hotel is great right by the train station and subway stations. Some nice restaurants locally to. Hotel is small and dated, room and bathroom was also small and has the minimum. Its good for an over night stay but i would not stay if you plan to spend a long time in your hotel.

Basic services (as would be expected from the price) but helpful friendly staff and situated in a great location for a weekend in Paris, right next to Gare de l'Est and just round the corner from Gare du Nord. If there are two of you in the room ask for a second towel and they will happily provide one.

just a stone through distance (about 50 mts) from Gare de l'Est. also about 300 mtr from Gare de la Nord. Centrally located, bus service and metro service was just in hand. multi disciplinary restautants are close by.

This place is well... better than being on the street... The location and checkin time was the only thing that recommended it to us, as we arrived at nearly midnight at the Gare du Nord. The 5 min walk to the Gare de l'Est was pleasant, although the night life around this area is not for the faint of heart... More

The foundation of the building is not maintained. This causes the floor to be slanted at a 5 to 15 degree angle, not 0 degree angle. No breakfast offered. The wifi only works in the reception level. Very old building. Musty smell. Right next to the metro station is the only plus. Not very good English speaking staff. Pillow on... More

Nice value for the money, and the hotel is very good located next to exit of Gare D´L est. we used the hotel for 2 nights, for us the hotel was just a place to sleep. we left early for sight seeing and came in late for sleep. The room and toilet was very small, but the bed was clean.... More
