My family decided to stay at the Jays Hotel in Paris with our two young children (ages 5 and 8) after reading all of the incredible reviews on Trip Advisor -- we had not even heard of it previously, since it's rather small (five rooms total). I have to confess that we were a little uncertain -- the reviews all... more

We decided to stay at Jays on our 10th anniversary trip after reading the great reviews in trip advisor , and I can happily say that it was a great choice. Our room was excellent, and the hotel service and compliments superb. The staff is really willing to serve and help, and the hotel location is very good. Jays really... more

My wife and i unfortunately only had one night in Paris on route home but were fortunate to stay at Jays. We were taken care of by the staff with 5 star service. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to a metro station and has a few nice restuarants close by. One in... more

Stayed here for 3 nights & had a lovely time. We were well looked after by all the staff we met, they were friendly & helpful at all times. We stayed 1 night in the Empire Suite & were 'upgraded' to the Asie for the 2/3rd nights (very nice). To be honest the room was larger & at the back... more

I had a wonderful stay at Jays this past month. The staff are unbelievable--helpful, kind, thoughtful, but discreet. The rooms are lovely (the two that I saw), and the entrance & common areas are really nice as well. I was able to take advantage of a very short lived promotional rate (I guess the economy affected even luxury hotels), so... more

We were quite overwhelmed with this beautiful little hotel. We stayed here for our anniversary in the Asie suite. We were met at the station and when we arrived at Jays, Phillipe was waiting for us outside. We were made to feel completely at home, with every detail taken care of. Even prior to our visit, Judy helped us organise... more

Expectations are hard to manage when you're the #1 Trip Advisor rated hotel in Paris! Judy and her staff certainly go out of their way to insure their guests are comfortable and needs are met. Every evening I returned to my room to find a nice fruit plate. My room was a little small, but I was traveling alone and... more

Maybe I was so excited about the unbelievable reviews of this hotel my expectations were warped. We had no nice greeting champagne or anything offered.....not even a welcome gift in the room. There was no afternoon reception parties that I read about etc. Unless you get the Deluxe rooms, the superior one (Empire) room is tiny! Yes the bed was... more

The level of personal service, attention to detail, and never ending kindness the staff at Jays shows every guest is top notch. Gerrit is a jem, he was always there to answer questions, offer sightseeing advice, restaurant recommendations, tips on getting around the city when a transit strike hit. The room, specifically the Empire suite, was simply elegant and contained... more

From the minute you decide to stay here to the moment you check out, no detail is overlooked. The small staff (Phillipe, Stephan, Gerrit, and Paul) are like your personal concierge. They can satisfy your every desire and expectation when it comes to what you want on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hotel is discreetly luxurious... more
