Air conditioning did not work. It was hot in the room even though the outside weather was chilly. One bed had hospital style rubber sheets, presumably due to a previous guest's "accident". It was impossible to sleep. My daughter asked the reception desk to borrow a pen, which was actually refused ("I am the president here, and you can't have...

The management should try to ensure that if the room safe is broken,it should be repaired immediately rather than ignored it in order to save money!Air con was not working, booked twinbedded room but given double bed instead.Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.
WLAN was free but extremly slow, almost useless. International TV (here German programs) did work on the 1st day only, the day after it was not available anymore. To reach the indoor pool one has to walk directly trough the small breakfast room. Constant noise from other bath rooms.
Where shud i start? First room we booked was ridiculously small so we got moved to another room but they forgot to mention that on the systemmsomthe cleaners missed the room on the first day. We made sure to make taxi reservations with the reception for the train station the night before our departure - where he assured us he...

A very disappointing hotel with extremely cramped rooms, poor services and ineffectual management. The quality of the breakfast is truly terrible. The hot food is normally cold and inedible. The fresh fruit is served with syrup - canned. The staff in the restaurant were totally incompetent and showed no sign of having any training regarding working a restaurant. The swimming...

We stayed for 4 nights, two adults and a child of 2,5 years. Location is good, metro station Tolbiac across the street.10-20 min. to all major sights, and let's face it; Paris is huge, so there is not a single hotel that will put you in walking distance from everything. The hotel is nice, staff is helpful and everywhere clean....

the location of the hotel is very close to the subway but not within walking distance to any of the important points of interest. The most unusual thing about this hotel was that every room had a shared balcony where the neighbors could just wander around and look inside your room. Very small rooms, bathrooms are tiny, no view, breakfast...

It is hard to find a good hotel for good money in paris, although most of them have 4 stars, the service deserves maximal 2 stars. This hotel is also belong to Best Western family, but it has a regular good breakfast, friendly hotel people. The place is called Palce d'italy. Looks like a silent nice place but the people...
