The people in reception are reall nice, we got an early check-in after long fligth from Beijing. Room was spacy, needs renovation, the floors are not very clean. The lobby is beautiful, location of hotel excellent. Breakfast is not worth it, but close to hotel there are many Starbucks and Cafe's.

The price on this hotel is uber-affordable. It is across the street from Gare du Nord. Literally across the street. That's great for a traveller as Gare du Nord is both a stop on the RER from Charles De Gaulle making it convenient to the airport as well as the end of the line for the 2.5 hour train trip... More

Relaxed, but helpful staff, great location. Was very satisfied. If I had to be picky no iron in rooms (maybe if you ask at the desk they will sort something out). Recommend if you are booking through booking.com to bring along a print out of the booking.

The duty reception was humble and helpful. Room & bedding and toilet are clean. The hotel security is good, as it is always watched and locked if the reception goes for a break Breakfast at Euro 7.00 was value for money. Ideally location, 5mins walk to the Metro, TGV, Thalys, Bus

So handy for Gare Du Nord, surrounded by restaurants, large shower room. Clean. Not over-expensive. But what a small elevator! No view from my room, only a not-so-nice courtyard. Undoubtedly, I will use this hotel again. If you travel by Eurostar, this is an excellent facility.

My 1st time in Paris. Traveling with family (4child and 2elderly). First impression from the owner of the hotel, very kind person. We have arrive early by Eurostar Train and he allowed us to check in early at least to get 1room. The hotel staff are very good. We wanted to take the Big Bus Tour because of the short... More

I stayed 2 nights, no problem quiet room and the best is the location in front of Gare du Nord. Good shower and air conditoned, no breakfast at the hotel, and the price is very affordable. All the metro lines and RER are nearby

Hotel Richmond is great location. The metro and Eurostar station is literally on the doorstep. It's relatively very clean. Wifi is strong and it's fully air conditioned . The only downside was the day receptionist. He became very rude after we declined his offer of arranging the Disneyland trip and a boat trip. I suspect he gets a hefty commission... More

We booked the hotel because of it's location next to the Gare du Nord train station . We knew we were arriving at midnight so we looked for a hotel next to the station . The room (for triple) was clean and comfortable . The price was ok and the service also.

The hotel location is right across the road from the train station which was a great help. There is a small lift, but at least there was one! Rooms basic and clean. Good air-conditioning. The staff were pleasant and polite and spoke English.
