We recently stayed in The Five Hotel in May 2012. This wasn't the hotel we originally booked, but Expedia had us booked in a hotel that wasn't even open yet!!! When we arrived in Paris and realized we had nowhere to stay, the staff at The Legend Hotel (hotel originally booked and not open) stayed with us for 3 hours... More

Well if you are used to an American hotel you will be shocked by how small this one is! Everything is small! Lobby, rooms, shower, bathroom are all petit. If you can get over that it is ok! Workers at desk are super nice and accommodating. The "love capsule" is a bit strange but I just figure it is Paris.... More

We spent the 3rd night of our honeymoon in The Suite of The Five and were made to feel like the only guests staying in the hotel. Tanya and the team were fantastic, the room was lovely and the hot tub just amazing! We didn't want to leave and will most definitely be back! More

I recently had the pleasure of spending five nights at The Five Hotel, and truly loved the experience. The rooms were clean, vibrant, and comfortable, and the hotel itself was located close to Les Gobelins Metro stop and the Port Royal RER B line, which made accessing the airport and all points of the city very easy. The staff were... More

Dear Tom C, It was a pleasure welcoming you in our hotel, and we hope that you had a safe trip back to Illinois. Every member of our team has its own main strength as you have discovered, but at the end, we all have a common point: the Five spirit, and a common goal: to make you happy and... More

I stayed at The Five for three nights with my husband in February 2012. I have been to Paris for times and this was the nicest and best value hotel I have stayed at. The Five smells wonderful everywhere, from the scented lobby and pod (where you can use the honesty bar and mix your own drinks) to the oil... More

The Five Hotel is a wonderful hotel located in the Latin Quarter. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It is about 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station (Les Gobelins), and about a 20 mins walk to Notre Dame. The hotel staff speaks good English, and are very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are small, as the... More

The core product a hotel offers is, after all, the bed, and The Five gets it right: Great mattress; high quality sheets freshly pressed, nice pillows. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood but not smack-dab central; less than 10 minutes walk in either direction to the metro, bus line (including the night buses if you're out late) stops... We booked our room through Hotels.com and found a fantastic deal. Our room was the one called 'The Scintillating Canopy' room and although it was small is was the best stay we've had in a hotel. Our room was on the 6th floor and had a charming little balcony overlooking the Parisienne rooftops. Each of the rooms in the hotel... More
