Little hotel in quite street. Compliant personal. Room poor equipped. No table, only one chair (for 2 person). No suitable place to put bagage. Refrigerator put inside the wardrobe without possibility venting warm air from it. Excellent cleaning. Good bad, clean an comfortable. Bakery 20 m.

I stayed here with two friends in February for a weekend in Paris that was supposed to be fun. Instead we had to deal with rude and unfriendly staff and a gross hotel room. It smelled bad, we didn't have clean towels or shampoo or any bathroom necessities. The staff was either unavailable or not willing to help us with... More

Children loved the family room, as they got to share the double on the mezzanine floor with their own TV. Bathroom was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful, location a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro station with good access into central Paris. Breakfast very basic and not for everyone in our family (which includes a... More

My business trip was delayed and I needed to cancel one night of my two night stay. My agent cancelled the first night and all seemed OK. When I arrived for the second night they charged me for the first night. There was no warning the cancellation not being completed as Media computer system accepted the cancellation. Bottom line I... Good hotel, the location is interesting if you come by train (walk 30 mins, or pay 10Eur for a taxi, or use subway), we were on the 6th floor (room 603), and that was pretty quiet (except the lift, but as the hotel is small, it wasn't that used), beds were good, we got 2 floors (parents on the mezzanine,... Nice hotel staff that is very accomodating. Convenient to metro. Bakery and corner market at end of street. Dinning located at the end of the block. Modern updated room with large bathroom and all rooms appeared to have nice large window(door) that is part of front facade of the hotel. Quiet side street. Felt very safe at all times.

Travelling to Paris for the 1st time on a budget need not suffer due to a crappy hotel. The Media Hotel is in a very safe & quiet neighborhood, a boulangerie, Carrefour & Les Gobelins station only a block away. After a hectic day in heavy tourist areas, walking back to the hotel to get a good sleep is a... More
