This hotel is conveniently located for a sight seeing trip to the wonderful city of Paris. five walk from Notre Dame and half an hour from many other attractions. The room thought small was just the ticket clean and quiet after a busy day sight seeing. The evening meal was average but the waiters were fun and the location offered... More

Stayed here last weekend in October 2014 for 3 nights. Stay was pleasant although we only slept here. We didn't spend any time in the hotel for breakfast/dinner etc! Good hotel to stay in if your sightseeing, we had left the hotel at 8am every morning and didn't return until late at night! 5 min walk from Notre Dame and... More

Fab location right next to the main train line to airport. The hotel is in the middle of a busy touristy area , but hey I'm a tourist! Loads of restaurants, good prices . The hotel is basic , set over 6 floors there is a lift! The room was clean and we had a quiet room looking into the... More

Nice location close to restaurants and walking distance to most major attractions. 1 block to subway. One of few hotels which have rooms for more than 2 people as we were traveling with 3. Clean and basic.

If you are looking for a hotel right in the centre of Paris for a reasonable price, then this is the one. It is very close to Notre Dame. Staff was friendly, helpful. The hotel room was clean and very quiet.

This hotel has a great location. It's close to everything and there are heaps of inexpensive restaurants close by. It was fairly well priced given its location, however the room I had was very small. The toilet was so small that you couldn't close the door if you sat on the toilet seat. It was also a bit too noisy.... More

You're really paying for the location. Rooms are basic but clean, and staff are helpful. Walk out the front door and you're right next to loads of restaurants, and opposite a great bakery shop. The Metro and RER station (on the line from Charles de Gaulle airport) are 100 metres away

The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to Notre Dame and many other attractions, plus the metro stop is less than a block away. There are many restaurants and shops just outside the lobby doors. The room itself was quite clean (and had air conditioning, which was nice in August!). Furnishings were basic. We had a triple... Now.... you are in Paris, so don't expect a large plush room unless you expect to pay for it $$$. Positives: 2 mins walk to Notre Dame, just go downstars and out the doors for streets lined with bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful,(I said helpful, not friendly). Metro just round the corner. Breaky available downstairs for 10 Euros. Rooms clean... More

I stayed in Hotel du Mont Blanc's single room just a few days ago when travelling to Paris. I regret to say it was a very unpleasant experience, one that I would not wish upon any traveller. I had booked based on the photos on the hotel website and some reviews I had read online. The actual room was much... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
