The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were very good consisting of coffee, baguette, croissant, yogurt & egg. Didn't use the breakfast facility but on reflection 7 euros isn't that bad for Paris. The hotel is no more than a golf hole from the Gare du Nord and the Gare L'est; so handy for anyone arriving on the Eurostar like I did. Very reasonable price for Paris, and one of few budget hotels which will put several beds in a room for a family - we had four beds for myself and three kids, and with a small bathroom too, for 119Euro. Excellent!! The front desk staff (there were 3 of them of different shifts) were polite and really made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to Gare du Nord that catching Eurostar home to London was so easy peasy. Also with the Metro, travelling in Paris is a bliss :) more
