Chose this hotel on Trip Adviser because it was walking distance to a consulate l had to attend, and it was cheapest 3/4 Star hotel. Cost euro104 for night excluding breakfast. Located about 10 minute walk from metro which is ideal with light luggage. Convenient for everything touristy. Very pleasant desk receptionist, even had a power adapter. Room was very... More

We found this hotel because we wanted to be near the Eiffel Tower, which it was! The room seemed fairly new, although the double room was two twin beds pushed together. The main reason for the 4-star rating was the blandness of the staff. We asked about how to take the Metro system to the airport and the person at... More

I enjoyed my one-night stay in this hotel in the 16th arrondissment. My stay was short because I had an extra night as I was arriving before my traveling party and needed a place close to our apartment rental to stay. Villa des Ambassadeurs was the perfect choice. This small, boutique hotel was well-located, within walking distance to the Trocadero... More

Stayed here for 3 nights having never been to Paris. The hotel was easy to find off a main avenue and we were amazed by the location - less than 5 minutes in one direction from the most recommended photo spot for the Eiffel Tower at the Trocadero and just a 10 minute walk to the tower itself. In the... More

This hotel is great it's central, very clean, close to the metro and just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. Although it's a small room it does the job.The staff are also very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel as an option for business or holidays.

I stayed in the "London" room just behind reception. The noise level was appalling. I was woken constantly in the night by people entering the lobby, and early in the morning by others getting up for breakfast. They were not being unusually noisy, but from my bed I could clearly hear every word being spoken in the lobby. I was... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights this summer. We had heard that the hotels in Paris had small rooms and this hotel was no exception. We had hardly any space to walk around with our luggage in the room, but the room itself was clean, the wifi worked good and the air conditioner kept the place cool... More

Perfectly situated near the Trocadero, less than 10 minutes away from the Eiffel tower and near two metro stations (Boissieres and Trocadero line 6), this hotel is ideal for a Parisian vacation. It is also next to a police station, making this a very safe area and it has a laundromat just in front. We stayed there 4 nights and... More

We stayed here as it is close to the Eiffel tower and trocadero station. The metro is super easy to understand in Paris and everything is easy to find. The hotel staff were lovely. The room was tiny ( wasn't expecting much more in Paris) and clean, we didn't realise the water they supplied wasn't complimentary though. The walls are... More

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your stay in Paris, and especially among us. Our rooms are quite small but not smaller than in any other hotel in Paris. About the soundproofing, it is unfortunately a default that is proper to Parisian buildings, and we hope it did not prevent you... More

We spent our last night in Paris at the Villa des Ambassadeurs. Our room was small but beautiful and comfortable. The staff was most helpful, allowing us to check in early and arranging our taxi to the Air France Bus to CDG airport the following morning

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
