We stayed here as it is close to the Eiffel tower and trocadero station. The metro is super easy to understand in Paris and everything is easy to find. The hotel staff were lovely. The room was tiny ( wasn't expecting much more in Paris) and clean, we didn't realise the water they supplied wasn't complimentary though. The walls are... More

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your stay in Paris, and especially among us. Our rooms are quite small but not smaller than in any other hotel in Paris. About the soundproofing, it is unfortunately a default that is proper to Parisian buildings, and we hope it did not prevent you... More

We spent our last night in Paris at the Villa des Ambassadeurs. Our room was small but beautiful and comfortable. The staff was most helpful, allowing us to check in early and arranging our taxi to the Air France Bus to CDG airport the following morning

This hotel is in an ideal location to sights such as The Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées. With a 5 minute walk to the local metro, this enabled us to visit every aspect of Paris The rooms and bathrooms are small and the decor is not great, having said that its modern and clean. There is a lift... More

Dear Customers, Thank you for such a nice and constructive review. As you mentioned, the location is quite important and plays a big role as regards the hotel’s success. However, we did try to make of La Villa des Ambassadeurs a modern and comfortable hotel that would go along with the pleasant neighborhood of the 16th arrondissement. Regarding soundproofing, we... Highly recommend this small hotel located near the Trocadero. Close to Boissiere metro station, 5 minute walk to the Arch de Triomphe and 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very nice, but small, room. Great shower! Very helpful staff. Only negative is that there is a new building being constructed near the hotel so there is some noise. As... More

the hotel is ideally located, with several turistic attractions at walking distance, metro station nearby and several restaurant around. Despite that it is in a very small and quiet street, without the noise of the big boulevards. The hotel staff is certainly a big added value, very kind, efficent and attentive to any request. The room was a little bit... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for such a nice review. Reviews from people who stay among us for business trips, when they are that good, are probably the most rewarding ones, as you are not here for pleasure but for work and thus may have higher expectations as regards calm and comfort than the average traveler. It is true... More

My boyfriend and I spent one night in Villa des Ambassadeurs this month for a quick stay in Paris. A short walk from Boisséire metro station (approx 3-5 minutes) and from Trocadero station (about 7-10 minutes) with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was comfortable and warm. The ensuite was very clean with a lovely choice of natural... More

This hotel is a treasure - hidden away from the main street for quiet time when needed but centrally located to the Metro; Trocadero restaurant strip on Avenue Kleber; and sensational views of the Eiffel Tower. I stayed in the 'Paris' room for my six-day visit to the French capital - it was ideal for one person but would also... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
