We booked on booking.com at very good price (70 euros/night) for a comfort double room. The room was very nice, not so big but very clean and the furniture was pretty new. The room has a bathroom with shower, a flat screen TV, a little desk, a tiny wardrobe and a boiler with tea and coffee. The hotel is very... more

I booked this hotel for my mum for a city break, I was a bit worried about some of the reviews I read but it was in the right district and it was quite cheap. She was going to a concert at Le Zenith and the hotel was about 2km from here. She has just come back and said the... more

We booked two rooms in this hotel and neither of the two of us were terribly impressed with our stay there. The reception staff were quite friendly on arrival, but when we had complaints they didn't want to know us (these were that the cleaning staff left one of our rooms open all day, for which they made no attempt... more

Room was very basic. It had a partition wall with a toilet one side and a tiny shower and sink the other. The toilet stunk of urine. It felt like a bedsit. The room was dark and damp. Beds were 2 singles pushed together but were clean. I have to say though it was cheap and was near the metro... more

Cant add much that hasnt already been said. We stayed for 4 days and as well as the hotel being perfectly adequate, we found the best bar in paris just around the corner. If you turn left out of the doors and take the third or fourth street on the right you will find "la Bicyclette". This does great food, nice... more

The hotel is easy enough to find, being close to the metro system and with a bus stop right on the door step. I didn't find the hotel (generally speaking) overly welcoming but this was not necessarily a bad thing. Despite our door number being written on with pen and our kettle not working, the hotel was small, basic, clean... more

I am writing this review, because reviews from others was a big help for us. This Hotel is nice enough and friendly enough. A little further out but still an interesting Paris area. mcDonalds, partisseries and train station (St Jaerres from memory, apoligise for spelling ?) all aross rd and convenient. You can walk to Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge... more

Just got back from a long weekend in Paris, with my partner and friends. We traveled with easy by EuroStar, staying at the Libertel, Canal Saint-Martin. We totally enjoyed our hotel. It was clean and modern with friendly English speaking staff. The rooms we had were a decent size with sattelite T.V. and hairdryers in the bathroom. It also had... more

The Libertel Canal Saint Martin is a very basic hotel. We had a standard room, which was very small. The bathroom was also small and certainly in need of a renovation or at least repainting. The room got too warm at night as there was no airco. And worse, we could not leave our window open, because we were sleeping... more

Perfectly clean but tiny rooms. Beds are very comfy but the bathroom was also really tiny. We didn't realise there were better quality rooms available so would definately ask for them. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay, and consisted of the usual continental fair (brioche, bread, cheese, meat, yoghurts etc) which was buffet, so you could take... more
