This was our first family visit to Paris (me, wife, and 7-yr. old daughter) and we will always remember it fondly. Our stay at the Westin for 8 nights provided the excellent foundation upon which the trip was built and it was an outstanding choice for us. We stayed in an Ambassador Suite (an unexpected surprise upgrade) that was roomy,... more

This was my first stay in the Westin Paris. I was there for 6 nights and the location was perfect for seeing the sights and getting easily around Paris via the Metro and RER. It is within a block of 2 Metro stations and only a couple of blocks to the Louvre, Museum D' Orsay, and steps to the Tularies... more

Have stayed in this hotel a number of times since the start of the year. Superb location. Recently stayed following its strike. My experience is that it must have been the Front Desk staff who were most aggrieved as this is the grumpiest, slowest, most inefficient bunch you could ever come across. On this, the most recent stay, the desk... more

My wife and I stayed at the Westin Paris for six nights and overall, had a lovely experience. It is a very well run property that lives up to the Westin's reputation for excellent service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. This is an old building that has been beautifully restored, with a magnificent courtyard and upscale furnishings. You will feel... more

My husband and I stayed at the Westin for only one night, but it was great oasis from our busy days of seeing it all in Paris. I'm not sure where the complaints of room size come from. Our room by Parisian standards was colossal. A generous king sized bed, small nook with a reading chair, beautifully appointed and overlooking... more

LOCATION: Great location! Just across the street from the Tuileries Gardens and steps from the Louvre. Metro stops just 5 minutes away by foot. ROOM: Room size was good for a standard room. However, the room was neglected and needed renovation. We paid 270Euros, so my expectation for the room was higher. Good hotels in Paris are usually pricey, but... more

Every last instinct of this hotel is to rip-off the traveler to the maximum possible extent. The amenities were near zero, and every extra request was priced through the roof. A cup of coffee in the lobby (really, just a to-go cup for your morning fix) was priced at an exorbitant 5 Euros (7 Dollars), and the in-room amenities were... more

Stayed one night in classic room. Location is perfect. The hotel is beautifull and the restaurant on the inner court is worth it. The check in was very slow, with only 2 counters for the whole hotel. The room was extremely small. more

The Westin was great to return to after busy days sightseeing in Paris. It had a lovely courtyard garden were you could sit and relax and enjoy a drink or two. It was well positioned being close to the Champs Elysee,Musee D'Orsay (just over a bridge) the Louvre, Gallerie Lafayette and had the Tuillerie Gardens opposite ( my husband and I... more

My husband and I had a wonderful five night stay at the Westin Paris. The hotel was very beautiful and could not have been located any better. Right between the Tuilleries and Place Vendome was fantastic! We walked almost everywhere. The open courtyard in the middle was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed a nightcap out there a few times when we... more
