We traveled from San Francisco as a family of four with two teenagers. The staff at this property was very friendly and helpful, as was the concierge desk. Easy walk to the Louvre and D'Orsay Museums, as well as the Champs-Elysees. We even walked as far as the Eiffel Tower, but realized a pedicab back would be easier and more... More

We booked one of the higher rooms noted for the view over the gardens and on to the Eiffel Tower. The view fantastic and the full length windows opened out the view. A delicious moment was having breakfast in the room on a wheeled in table overlooking the gardens.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel. We were in Paris for a conference and the rate was discounted but the price was still high. For what was over €500 a night (normal minimum rate €800 supposedly) starting price, the rooms are small and not particularly special, however, this was not our main issue. As the hotel is... More

I ,booked 2 rooms 2 weeks before arrival. One room for my kids and requested twin beds. Im a SPG Plat member. When I arrived they said they only rooms with queen size beds. They told us to wait to find a solution. We waited patiently and they did swap out one room for twin beds. The rooms were tiny.... More

Impressively spacious room with an elegant marble fireplace facade and overhead chandelier designed in calming neutral tones. Our room faced the main boulevard during a celebrated period where we were able to observe the festivities in the park across the street and adjacent to the Louvre. Service was attentive and amiable and the hotel location within walking distance to the... More

We booked this stay on points so I can't comment on value. I was a little worried about staying here because there are a lot of negative reviews, but I will say that most of them were pretty unfair for Paris. When we checked in, Paris was sitting at 95 degrees F at 7pm, and we were both drenched with... More

The location is in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious for European standards and clean. The Breakfast buffet was expensive, but worth the money in Paris where food is expensive. Had a pleasant stay, will stay here again.

We were in Paris with our children for literally 47 hours, and this was the best location we could have chosen. We walked to the Rodin museum, the Orsay and the Louvre, took the Big Bus Tour from only five blocks away to the Eiffel Tower, and each night we came back to our lovely room in our lovely hotel,... Great location near the Tuileries Garden and the Louvre. Major attractions are walkable from here. Short cab ride everywhere else. Hotel is set back on a side street off of the main thoroughfare. Well decorated. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite which could've used a little updating in the main living room area. Bathroom also needed some updating. Overall a... More

For positives, the location is fantastic. Also the staff was quite good as a rule and the concierges were FANTASTIC: attentive, helpful, friendly, and organized. For negatives, the continental breakfast buffet goes for 39E and is a terrible value at the price. Nothing beyond the usual assortment of eggs, cheese, bread, small pastries. Should be half the price for what... More
