My husband and I stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon! We arrived late afternoon on Bastille Day! Our check in was quick and easy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and go out of their way to acknowledge you and offer any information about the area. We were within walking distance to the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Longchamp Elysees very recently for 5 nights and liked it. The people are very nice and immediately helpful with anything we asked, from walking directions to taxis. This is a typical small-scale French hotel in the city, not a highly modernized older building with American-style rooms and their amenities installed. (They do have free wi-fi... More

Five years later, I'm returning from my 8th visit to this place - grateful to the staff for their hospitality and profesional approach - hoping to get back in early spring.... More

Great service, nice clean and new room, good area. We got there for new year's eve, and staff's advices were terrific. It's a small hotel as most in Paris, but room is very well sorted. Everything was perfect!

Was doing a quick visit to Paris last week and stayed at the Hotel Longchamp Elysees for the second time. This time we check into a twin room and found it a little too small. Because we were only just staying the night and all we needed was a clean bed and hot shower it was absolutely fine. The night... More

The staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful. It was a very quaint hotel that was in line with the whole Parisian experience. The lifts were small but that didn't bother us at all as after all the French food, we needed to use the stairs. The rooms were small but always kept very clean. Continental breakfast was ample for... More

Perfectly located in the 16th arr. and well-appointed, with an honesty bar in the lobby, and helpful staff on the desk, the hotel is ideal if you don't intend to dance the tango in your room! Clean, with all the mod cons, our room contained a big, comfortable bed, with little, but well-utilized space around it. The bathroom is well... More

I can only recommend this hotel. It is located in one of the best and most beautiful quarters of Paris, the 16th arrondissement, in a small and quiet street only a stone's throw away from Trocadéro with its cosy restaurants and stunning view towards the Eiffel Tower that can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes. Arc de Triomphe... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
