We stayed here but, whilst the location was excellent, the rooms were small and rather shoddy. Unfortunately we had property stolen from our locked room When this was reported to staff they refused to check CCTV and we were directed to the nearest Police station which was closed and had been for a few weeks! We made our way to... More

The place is clean, rooms are fine, price is very good, location is excellent a metro station just few steps from the hotel, staff is good, showers are bigger than the average european size, for the price the value is 5stars, is not fancy nor a bit luxurious but it is definetly one of the bests in its league.

Hotel is in very good allocation of Paris. Very close to metro, and not fare from most of famous places in Paris.Room was clean and serviced once per day. Quite and worm. Double bed was very comfortable.WI-FI - fast enough.

I had my 70 year old grand mother with me and we where on the 6th floor the lifts only go to the 5th floor so we had to drag suitcases up two flights of stairs. There was no room for the staff to put towels so they put the towels on the toilet. The heaters broke and we had... More

This horrible hotel wasted our whole afternoon being not ready to recieve us.. and everyone else (should have seen the mountain of luggage in the common area)! After 5 hours, we've finally found another hotel after getting a refund from Agoda - very stressful! Having just now seen reviews of theft, bed mites and so on below, I'm relieved to... More

On arrival they allowed us to store our bags until check in. Hotel is close to Gare de Est and Gare Du nord train stations. Internet worked fine for us. We were in a room on the 6th floor which had views of Eiffel Tower. Lift only fits one person and one suit case at a time, don't be surprised... More

Rooms unclean and hotel needs serious renovation. Staff unhelpful too. The beds had mites. Poor breakfast. The hotel is beaten down and very old. The responsiveness of the staff to our problems was too slow and handled in an unfriendly manner. Check in process was lengthy, and uninviting. It's quite a pity because the only proper review I could give... More
