Really nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean with lovely decor. Good location as we visited Paris for night at Moulin Rouge. Highly recommended

The hotel is conveniently located both for accessing Paris's attractions and for the Gare du Nord (by bus or on foot) if travelling by Eurostar. I was staying with 2 friends and our rooms were at the back of the building and very quiet. The hotel has been finished to a good standard, and looks as though it has been... More

The location is good, walking distance to Paris Nord and Lafayette, staffs are helpful with good English, the rooms are stylish, the balcony is great, although the view is the building opposite the hotel, it's very romantic !

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. The hotel is very modern and facilities are great. Good location - right near to cadet metro station and lots of bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep. Best thing about the hotel was the delightful staff - they were so helpfull. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay at Les Plumes, staff were really friendly & couldn't do enough for us... We had the rooftop suite with an emperor sized circular bed, was a really beautiful room... Hotel is ideally situated in the Cadet area, literally a 1 minute walk to the metro station & very easy to get into the centre of Paris...... More

We were surprised by the very special design of the hotel with reference to writers and composers. The room was small but comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We celebrated an anniversary with a one night sojourn to Paris and decided on les Plumes fro recommendations on TA. Although our 7th floor rom was 'petite' it was very comfortable with a fantastic rainforest shower. Our view gave us the top twenty feet of the Eiffel Tower (still fab) nd location was ideal for late night wanderings around Monmartre... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
