The Room We had twin beds. The room was fairly small, but in line with European city hotels, so not disappointing. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable and the room furnished in a unique and quirky way. The bathroom had an amazing rain shower, mood lighting and good toiletries. There is a mini bar in the room and... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at Les Plumes on July 17- 20. The hotel was decorated nicely and was very clean. We were greeted by Franck who was extremely nice and courteous and was always willing to help in any way possible. The room was decorated nicely and was very clean as well. I would strongly suggest staying at this... More

This was a competition prize, so we didn't really have any choice in where we stayed, but I have to say we were absolutely delighted with the choice. The hotel is well appointed in boutique style, with (typical for Paris) small, but delightfully designed rooms - including the previously trailed 'disco shower!' The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly... More

Nice boutique hotel in excellent location...if you like shopping. Within minutes to Galleries Lafayatte and the shopping area. Metro is within minutes and lots of restaurants around, including a McDonald. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful even if you don't speak French. Room is clean and well equipped, you can tell the equipment are quite new. Only thing, like most... More

Les Plumes is a wonderful hotel. The staff is English speaking and very helpful. If you are looking for Embassy Suites size rooms, this is not the hotel for you. However, if you are looking for a fully functional room with a quirky sense of whimsy, look no further than Les Plumes!

We stayed for 6 days at Les Plumes Hotel. It was during the heatwave! We had requested two single beds which were quickly made up for us. The rooms are not huge, which is typical for Paris, but the bathroom was a good size with a cool disco light feature. The hotel is well located - close to Cadet Metro... More

My husband treated me to a surprise 3 night birthday treat here. We stayed over Christmas and everything was open so it was superb! This hotel was a great choice because of quite a few factors. It is a boutique hotel which we like. The interior is pleasingly decorated in a funky design and the staff were all friendly and... More

Very good, the service was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the personal was efficient and helpful. The location is good because it is only a block and a half away from the metro, but the location is not as nice as I expected

Dear Madam, Sir, Thank you so much for your good value. We hope to see you next time with a more pleasant weather, because now it's 40°C in Paris too warm ! Kind regards, Marc B. More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
