Stayed here at the end of my eurotrip...The worst stay I have ever had in my life. This hostel is extremely dirty....there were dead cockroaches in our cabinet. I woke up in the middle of the night and found a cockroach crawling accross my soap..The street is so noisy...and the location is horrible. I don't understand how people say it... more

Hotel Richard. truth be told it wasn't the flashest hostel/hotel in the world. However a couple of things that really got me were: 1) it didnt have any kitchen facilities just a room with a sign reading "microwave and bin" , 2) you have to pay extra for sheets and towels about 2 euros each. 3)The room i was in... more

We stood for a few days and it was terrible! The old woman (supposed to be the owner / recepcionist) only speaks French and she forbides the use of any other language (and we don't speak any French!!) AMAZING!, taking into account that they have to deal with tourists every day. Rooms were dirty, but the worst things were: the... more

Stayed there 3 nights, was shocked by absence of everyday clearing of public toilet, not mention room even. If you forget smith in your room, forgot about it, it is considered as a present for stuff. To be fare I should mention that single room is big enough and location is pretty convenient. more

I cant remember where I went to book this place but it was nothing as described. Very run down, dirty, and even had someone yell at me for flushing the toliet "too loudly" one night. Oh yeah,... more

I didn't believe, this women of the other critics could be real, but believe it, I saw her!!! Bad, dirty, ugly place without any comfort, unfriendly staff. We didn't take a shower, because it was so dirty! You have to pay right after your arrival, so you won't have any chance to complain or change hostel. more

The rooms were very small and simple - just a plastic sheet on the bed and a sink in the corner. Every time the people in the room above us turned their sink on, it sounded like the water was gushing into our room. There is no elevator, and we had to drag heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.... more

The place is undergoing what seems to be significant redecoration and tidying up. The rude lady referred to in an earlier review is still there, but the other staff are really friendly and helpful and the small problem of a missing blanket was sorted out quickly. The facilities are still basic, but this place, in my opinion, represents good value... more

I saw the other review and felt compelled to express my complete agreement with it. When I was there, the toilets didn't even have seats. I was there for a week and had to change rooms twice (not by request). I also found the management very rude when she was screaming at me in French, which, I can only assume,... more

we arrived at CDG airport around 10pm, got a taxi straight to this "hotel" and were greeted by a rude lady that liked to yell in French at us really loudly. we were followed up four flights of stairs that looked like they were almost ready to collapse, carrying my heavy suitcases right to the top, we entered our room... more
