If you have traveled in Europe, you have probably come to expect small rooms. This was no different. However, the staff is especially nice and helpful. I actually prefer a smaller hotel with character and a helpful staff to a larger hotel that has more room but less ambience. Take your pick!

This hotel is amazing!!! I've been here twice and will go back to this hotel every time I'm in Paris. The neighborhood is tourist friendly. Great places to eat. Close to the Eiffel Tower and Metro. I miss it already! The first time I went, I traveled alone and always felt very safe.

We stayed at this charming and very well located hotel for 3 nights. The room was not so big, but it was nice. Our windows was against the street, but there were no traffic so no disturbancies at all. Close to the hotel we had a bistro and a restaurant very convinient if you don't want to sit at the... More

We stayed here for 5 nights. We got a great room overlooking the pedestrian street which was very fun. The room was spotless, very comfortable. The hotel has no air, and it was 81 degrees. We worried about this ahead of time, but it was not a problem at all! We had a fan, only needed it on low for... More

I stayed at Hotel du Champs de Mars for seven nights in room 52. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Very French and cute. No AC, but the windows opened in to a rear courtyard, which was very quiet except for the sound of morning doves. Something I rather enjoyed. There was a room fan... More

We stayed at this hotel 4 days in Paris. We had a Fantastic Room with the Eiffel Tower in sight. We were in the 'white' room. , The hotel is located in a perfect spot. Very close to many of the touristy spots. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We made our reservations months in advance to make sure we got a room here. The location is perfect for a real Paris experience. It's just around the corner from Rue Cler, a pedestrian street, where there are delightful bistros, produce markets, flower shops, and pastries. There are plenty of places to eat just steps away. It is especially nice... More

I stayed here with my mother for a night in September. Our room was very charming & the bed was comfortable. Like others have said, the room was small, however for the length of our stay it was perfect. The staff was very accomodating of our limited French & let us store our bags there during the day while we... More

We've stayed at this hotel every time we've been to Paris, except last year, when I didn't get my reservation request in early enough - they book up really quickly. This is an adorable small hotel in a fantastic location. We can't say enough good things about it.

We got this hotel from a Rick Steeves guide book and were very pleased with it. Smallish room but that is Paris! Great location near the Eiffel tower. The Rue Cler area is a popular spot with lots of restaurants . Only drawback is that it is hard to get a room!
