We spent 4 nights at Hotel de Seze in Paris and very much enjoyed our stay. I have to thank Stefane at the front desk for going well out of her way to make our stay pleasant, helping us bridge the language barrier and even offering to accompany us to a nearby store to help us sort out an issue... Excellent hotel, perfectly located near Madelaine square - walking distance to main attractions and near to tube. Small, friendly, really clean and very nicely decorated. Staff are happy very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel Seze is a nice hotel in a great location. The hotel is very close to La Madeleine, making it very convenient for the metro as well as walking distance for many of the sights of Paris. The hotel was clean, check-in was very smooth. The only negative is that breakfast is rather expensive given what we saw for the... More

I really enjoyed this charming boutique hotel - it was modern, clean and comfortable. The service was on point and most of the staff spoke very good english. The best thing about it was probably the location - which is right near a metro stop (Madeline) and within an easy walking distance of many of the major attractions in Paris... More

We booked three nights in this hotel for the last leg of our European tour. Location of the hotel is great. It's near the la Madeleine church, very near the metro. Walking distance to the louvre. Surrounding the hotels are lots of restaurants, high end boutiques. The rooms are small ( I think most hotel rooms in Paris are small)... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in July with my mum and have to say we were both very impressed! For a boutique hotel the rooms were of a good size and were kept extremely clean. The beds were very comfy, the room was cleaned daily with fresh fluffy towels and Clarins toiletries! The hotel itself has a... More

We stayed at the Hotel de Seze for eleven nights in July and had a truly wonderful experience. By the time we left, which I was very sad about, it felt like we had actually become part of the hotel's family! From the second we arrived to the day we left, we were treated like royalty the entire time. The... More

There is no doubt there is an attention to detail in this hotel. The decor, quality of bedding/toiletries, and overall presentation were all excellent. The room was smaller than I expected for a deluxe room. There were 2 let downs. We were sent up to find an unmade room and then told it would be an hour. This was not... More

Caviar in the am----that is Hotel de Seze--elegant, modern, and a step above the usual. The rooms were large and modern. We had the suite on the 6th floor, which had a sitting room and bedroom. The bathroom was small, but included a remote control soaker tub deep enough to get lost in, as well as a built in tv... More

I just returned from my second stay at Hotel de Seze - it is a small hotel with an extremely friendly and relaxing vibe, making you feel at home directly! The rooms are modern, clean and newly renovated (which is really important when in Paris). There's one exceptionally great person working at this hotel - he's the famous "Leo". You'll... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
