Stayed 2 nights for business purposes. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Paris. Recently renovated, in the heart of the center. Very close to Boulevard haussmann, Opera and Concorde. Rooms are clean, organised and well-equipped. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. Hotel team is helpful and kind.

A boutique Parisian Hotel very well located (If you are a walker, you can cover all the major areas, form Bastille till Arc de Triumph and Saint Germain). We stayed at room 12 which was very pleasant for its size with two windows overlooking rue de Seze. The breakfast, considering the size of the hotel was superb! Even with real... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just prior to New Years at the Hotel de Seze. The rooms were clean and well designed (but on the small size). The location was ideal. Plus, the staff was very helpful, with special thanks to Leo who provided great service throughout our stay.

Small, but very, very nice hotel. Don't be put off by lack of restaurant ; there's loads of places to eat nearby (from Starbucks to proper French cafes and bars). Rooms small but perfectly formed, bathroom really nice, a/c quiet and efficient. But best thing is the location - we walked to pretty much every major tourist attraction, and there's... More

Booking ahead gained us an excellent rate at this stylish centrally placed hotel. We chose the junior suite that offered comfortable accommodation at the top of the hotel with a distant view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Toiletries are Clarins, beds very comfortable and beautiful linen. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and complimentary tea etc... More

This hotel is centrally located, in fact in the IDEAL location in Paris, just 300 feet from the nearest metro station, 5 minutes from the two main department stores in Paris: Le Printemps and Les Galleries Lafayette. Service is extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient. The only VERY MINOR downside is the fact that the rooms are not very spacious, but... More

This hotel is very well situated in the center of Paris. You will not easily find a better place for a visit. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good. The rooms have all the modern facilities, but they are a bit smal. Not excessively small and probably htis is what you should expect anyway in a city... More

After a wonderful stay in Rome, we stopped in Paris for a few days to continue my mom's 50th Birthday celebration. We originally planned to stay at another hotel but it was so awful we checked out a few hours later and made our way over to Hotel de Seze. The rooms are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Everything felt new and modern... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
