We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom is lovely. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the metro stop Quatre September and just minutes' walk from the Opera Garnier. My daughter loved the swimming pool and spa, and used it every afternoon. Continental breakfast buffet selection had good variety and set us up... More

wonderful location close to opera' and not so far from the Louvre. The room was not big but very nice and the bathroom is really good and comfortable. I did not have breakfast. The hotel is convenient on discount rate. Normal rate is above 300 euro per night and is too high

The rooms at this hotel are very unique. We had no control over the temperature, which made for an uncomfortable stay. I asked every day to have it checked and it never was. The fitness center is useless but the pool is cute. There is also a saina and stream room. We didn't try the breakfast. We stayed in a... More

Lyric is a great stay in Paris. Tucked away in a Japanese district, you can walk to amazing sushi or down the street a block and your at some great cafes and delicious French cuisine. The staff at Lyric is amazing--they go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The rooms are beyond clean, from... More

Hotel Amenities: Cream on the outside, clean on the inside. The lobby is modern and the staff were quite helpful and patient. They speak about 5 different languages including English and Spanish. The hotel does not offer money exchange. The work out room was not really useful. There was a hot tub in the room and a treadmill that did... More

This hotel is very contemporary. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Other than not having wash clothes, it was well supplied. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was quiet. The breakfast room was clean and offered a nice breakfast consisting of eggs bacon cereals fruit yoguart pastries meats tea coffee and juices. It is located near the opera... More

We travelled as a family and had booked 4 business rooms on the grond Floor, next to the reception, all next to one another. We were afraid that there would be noise from the reception or the traffic outside, but that was not the case, the rooms are very well insulated. The business rooms are not extremely big, but all... Staff are very helpful and nice; rooms are of reasonable size and quiet, though not much daylight due to rear street location. Facilities incl. sauna and swimming pools are very nice. The price during the airshow is high in general, so Euro400 per night is not very unreasonable. Book early can save Euro 100.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
