When we first arrived, the receptionist was in a back room and the reception stunk of fried fish, which was not nice since you had to walk up a very narrow set if stairs with all your bags to get there. Once we talked to the receptionist, who was very rude and unpleasant, we were able to go to our... More

Me and my friends were looking for somewhere relatively cheap for a night in Paris. We rang up and asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room and were told there were 2 double beds in each room. We got there and found out we had one double bed in each room, luckily 2 girls and 2 boys... More

What can i say, i walked in, up 4 flights of stairs, the reception was arrogant and rude, i asked for an iron he told " find the cleaner and get it off her" i then proceeded to my room where i found the unbelievabke state of an old , dirty, disfunctioning room where the only thing that was decent... After we missed our flight frm Paris it was the cheapest hotel we could book in Paris on Sunday... We were tired and exhausted so for us it was OK... No elevator. If you're looking just for a place to have a short sleep it ok. 60€ her night for two is rather cheap in Paris

Everybody know how expensive hotels in Paris are, this one is a low budget (not so cheap though) which is very very small, no elevator and a couple of stairs to go up, so don't expected nothing romantic or pleasant but a bed and small toilet. If you are alone it's ok, but not for a couple.

The hotel is located close to Alesia metro station. Convenient for transportation. It is very basic in terms of amenities. The receptionist (bald guy) though is a piece of work. We paid for daily breakfast, which in itself was nothing to write home about but the guy took offense to me requesting extra butter and sugar. Literally started yelling! I... More

I looked for a cheaper hotel near Montparnasse and found this online. Because of the photos online, I thought it wasn't bad taking the risk. I went there and spoke to the guy who looked Middle Eastern, paid him $60 euro for a night. When I went inside the room it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 3 months!... More

My stay at the Residence Chatillon began as expected. Small hotel, no elevator, room was kind of warm, but I got the room on a deal, so it was ok. I stayed there for a week while looking for an apartment in Paris. But, on the day of my check out, I got money stolen from one of my suitcases... More

I'm not sure why we booked this place because I usually only book well-reviewed places. I think it may have been one of the few available (and affordable) rooms for 4 people. Anyway, the rooms were miniscule, the faucets and tub leaked, there was no air-conditioning and the reception desk people spoke absolutely zero English. Although they also might have... More
