The hotel was well located and had everything we needed. As we expected the room wasn't that big, but that wasn't a big deal as we know Paris is notorious for small rooms. The staff on two occasions gave us a card for our room which did not work, so we had to return to the ground to get them... More

We checked in for a two night stay in Paris, I expected a traditional Best Western but actually this was more of a B&B. I wasn't treated to the usual welcome given to a Diamond Best Western member, nor did I receive any of the benefits that I should. Our room had a faulty shower head which refused to stay... More

The staff was underhanded, tried to overcharge us for the room. We were told there was an airport shuttle, no shuttle. Best Western comped our breakfast, staff attempted to charge us upon departure. They would not give us a copy of the bill when we left. The charge on our credit card wasn't even under the name of Best Western... More

The hotel is nice and in a very central place, watch out for the sunday market nearby, the only problem is that the only have rooms for two persons and no availability for kids. The single rooms have humidity problems.

The first thing that impressed me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My room was clean and quiet even if the shower was for skinny people. The area has several good restaurants including the Ba Ta Clan, funnily enough next to Le Bataclan Theatre and a great bar, Aperock. There is a great food market on a Tuesday... More

Clean and comfortable for the price. Friendly staff. Most of all, I loved wandering around Oberkampf, with its interesting selection of trendy and tiny bars and restaurants. Also an easy walk to the Metro for exploring the rest of the city.

Every time we visit Paris, we take an hotel in this neighbourhood. The tube is near and the aerea isn' t expensive, with less tourists. Our regular hotel in the rue J.P. Timbaud was fully booked, so we decided to book Majestic. We got a nice room, slept like angels and made a nice cup of tea. There was even... More

I've stayed in this hotel 3 times on a business trip. Staff always attentive and the price is nice. The location between metro Oberkampf and metro Parmentier is perfect. The market in front of the hotel is also nice to visit. The rue Oberkampf has a lot of little shops with food, wine etc. And Merci at 111, boulevard Beaumarchais... More

We got a reservation at Majestic on last hour, but it was a great unexpected cancellation by the hotel that we were being stayed in. Firstly, its localization is near of Oberkampf tube station, but there is another station near of, Parmentier. The staff is very friendly, helping us about every subject, like the tours, points of view, french's behaviour... More
