Very affordable, comfortable rooms, very clean. Our room (I forget the numbeR) was great on the 2nd floor, though the only negative was the closet lighting was dim.

We loved this hotel, the unusual decor that kept you interested but wasn't overwhelmingly trying to be a 'design hotel'...
Loved the facade, LOVED the area & Loved Laurent at reception who was at first slightly reluctant ( not sure whether we were the typical tourists wanting to eat in glorious locations that serve mediocre food)...however he warmed up over...

Ok so I actually went in May 2011. This hotel is a must see. It looks just like its pictures and is in a very safe neighborhood filled with restaurants and bars you can safely stumble back from :) The guest services people are not the nicest although the bell boy was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend this place...

Had a great time. Love Paris, love the people, love the food.
Great little hotel in the heart of the marais, 5 min walk to the metro. My only complaint is the bathroom has no shower and had only a bath with no screen and a hand held shower head so water always went everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed our last 2 nights in Paris at this hotel, which was recommended by friends. The decor was lovely, the service was great and the breakfast was perfect. Perhaps one of the best parts of this hotel is the location. The Marais is my favorite district and the hotel is located in walking distance of everything in the Marais.
Every aspect of this hotel is above average: large rooms decorated by Lacroix (or his team or in his style--but certainly in a very Parisian style), an ideal marais location, and Hermes bath products. The beds are great and I'd say the quality/size of rooms is very good value in Pairs.
A few things that keep it from excellence:
-terrible...

This is a fascinating hotel with real charm. It is in a wonderful and vibrant area of the city, with so many fantastic bard and restaurants. But the hotel is the main attraction. It is small, and interesting. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, we have stayed here three times and each time we look forward to seeing which of their...

Small but perfectly formed hotel, good sized rooms and bathrooms (for Paris) and immaculately decorated.
The hotel is in a wonderful position down a pretty Parisian side street within easy walking distance of good restaurants and bars. Paris metro is walkable, Gare du Nord and the river are not far either (15 min walk).
We travelled to see a band...

This hotel was fantastic. The room was so interesting and beautiful and just how I pictured a fabulous Parisian hotel to look. It's on a tiny street, tucked away in the "haut" Marais area, which is a very cool area and full of great food and shops. The great news is, that while it's tucked away, you can literally walk...
