The apartment was god overall. Clean, but small. Great location with the Metro just outside the door. Small kitchenette, but useful as saved us a lot of money. No kettle, but used a saucepan. Otherwise had two hot plates, a fridge, sink, cutlery, crockery, microwave. And a Monoprix grocery store about 200 m down the road. All good. Negatives were... More

I went to stay in Paris for the first time with my brother, the room we were less than impressed with. The bed is a sofa bed that draws up to two mattress on the floor. It was a basic room. Not terrible but not great. I woudn't stay in it again. The best part was the bathroom, lovely shower,... More

In comparison to an other experience of staying in an apartment, it was very poorly serviced. In the site it was mentioned the room has dishwasher, iron but it was not true. The only two good points are: 1- it's in front of a metro, though it is about 50 mins away from city center (by metro) 2-there are many... More

This apartment was perfect for us but there was a few glitches, nothing major, just a few niggles. Ok let's get the negatives done 1st, the was no cleaning or towel changes done for the 2 days we were there but this is mentioned on the bookings page. Reception is a bit hit and miss with their time keeping but... More

I acknowledge in writing this review that these are classified as apartments and not hotel rooms, and also that I booked only 2 weeks in advance during June. The hotel has a very convenient location with Ourcq metro stop right in front and cafes nearby, however this is all it has going for it. The room is so small that... More

Stayed here for 4 nights although I had paid for a week. (more on this later). The hotel is conveniently located just in front of Metro station Ourcq. The surrounding area has some cafes, a Monoprix supermarket, and the wonderful Buttes Chaumont park which is a must visit while you are staying in the 19th arrondissement. I had a "large... More

I stayed here with my wife for 34 days. Great value-for-money place. I paid EUR48 including electricity, paid EUR0.95/month for wireless internet. Reservation was easy. I had gathered most of the information by interacting with them over emails. Reservation desk was quite patient in sharing exact details and clarifying all my queries. When we arrived, we were offered a room... More

Hello Unfortunately I am staying there for professional reasons until September and I leave you an advise I wished somebody ha given me before arriving here :( . First, on the day of my weekly cleaning money was stolen from my room. Two weeks later my personal laptop was stolen. Curiously it was on the day of the weekly cleaning... More

Just finished a near perfect stay at Appart'City Cap Affaires Paris. First of all, the location is excellent- it is literally just a few steps away from the Metro at Ourcq station. The neighborhood itself is a working class area, which is great because it has numerous reasonably priced cafes and brasseries on the same street as the apartments, and... More
