5 mn walk from the metro station... good geographical situation... clean room ... not that big but I guess once in Paris you are not looking for a great hotel as you will spend most of the time outside... very small elevator... great Thai restaurants around... quite neighborhood...

They won't store luggage from checkout till flight. Reception is indifferent, stubborn, and argumentative. Room is smelly and dirty. No pillows in the whole hotel. Not worth the price. The neighborhood is sketchy at night time with all sorts of characters lurking about just outside.

I choosed this hotel because it was the cheapest one near the fair center La Halle Frayssinet. The good: the position is convenient as the hotel is near the metro station "maison blanche" which goes directly to the Louvre or St.Germain areas. Staff is smiley and the asian suburb where it's located looks safe. The bad: my room was dirty... More

I have been 1 night in this hotel. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was not so equipped, anyway it was enough clean. The hotel is situated in a nice multi-etnical area, with a lot of asian restaurants around

Hotel is quite near the Maison Blanche station, probably about 5 min walk. It is also near a train station. But I will definitely advise future travelers to consider the luggage-unfriendliness of Paris train station before booking this hotel. There are so many flights of stairs in their train station and this definitely mean lugging of heavy luggage around train... More

My roommate and I stayed here April 8-11, 2005. Not the greatest of accomodations or cleanest of neighborhood, but fine nonetheless. The rooms were rather dank with a small bathroom and concave bed.
