We stayed in PARC hotel Paris for 4 nights in the month of July. The hotel is very well located near Port d'orléans Metro station. The rooms were very basic but clean and airy. The rooms were cleaned every day and new towels and toiletries were provided regularly. The rooms had big windows overlooking the street and also had lockers... More

Very nice hotel to visit in Paris. Near to metro station, super market and full of restaurants. At this price its difficult to find good hotel like this in Paris. Surroundings are good, Quite safe at night also. Staff is very helpful also guided me where to visit in Paris. Overall good experience. Love to stay here again. Thanks!!

After a long day of sightseeing, we get back to a very, very hot room that faces the afternoon sun. Staff says Paris is unusually warm and that A/C isn't required. So, no way to cool the room down. Requested a small electric fan and staff said they couldn't provide us with one. Keeping the windows open at night meant... More

Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for anyone on a tight budget. Good location, clean, friendly and quiet. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a lot because this was a really, really cheap room. What I got was a comfortable and reasonably sized en-suite room, clean and quiet, if on the slightly shabby side. The staff were welcoming and friendly and... More

I had a great experience staying here on my first visit to Paris. The rooms were very affordable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me acquainted with the area. The neighborhood is a more suburban, less touristy area, but is close to public transportation. The rooms are small and not luxurious; they have a rustic vibe... More

If you're making the reservation online, make sure you print your cofirmation in order to get what you paid for,it's a good otel, well placed and comfortable, surrounded by markets, bars and restaurants and close to te train station, staff is good, cleanliness is good and it was at least pleasant being in this hotel.Wi-fi is horrible though.

Biggest advantage with Parc is its strategic location (this was the only reason we booked this place). It is 150 mtrs from Porte d'Orleans metro station, 50 mtrs from bus stand and 200 mtrs from tram ( Porte d'Orleans and Jean Moulin). This very quality categorizes it as a good location for budget travelers. Also, get a city pass if... More

I knew this hotel would be all the things in my title before arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned daily. I also like the neighborhood where the hotel is. So many bakeries, delis, bars, supermarkets and restaurants nearby(steps away). My female friend and I took the d'Orleans metro stop everyday and transfers to the major stations(so... More

The hotel locates great location, 3 minus work from the Metro station inside Paris. We are two persons, and room was very small. There was a elevator but it was broken and we have to carry our heavy luggage to 3rd floor by ourselves. In the room, self inside the closet was fall off because the supporting parts was broken.... We arrived and the first surprise was that the elevator was broken and not ready for one week. The rooms are decent, toilet a bit small but the bed are confortables. The reception's service sometimes is too annoying asking for the keys all the time, we had also a sad experience with the room service. We left one pair of... More

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighborhood Profile
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the center of Paris this neighborhood has something for every hour of the day.
