Within 5 minutes walk of Metro and Bus station. Close to the Peripherique the highway around Paris. About 30 minutes drive from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. Small rooms and a bit outdated, but the bathrooms were en suite (in the room) and all very clean. Very small elevator means you might have to climb quite a few stairs or be very patient.
