What you pay,what you get.Its a good hotel which offers best service to cater the solo travellers as well as the family travellers.customer service is great , staff is very helpful, security is 24 hrs,parking is the problem.rest all is great about the hotel.

An average hotel in a not so good setting. Rooms are very small, and dont expect any view from windows. The staff specially is HORRIBLE. dont know English or they dont want to. Difficult to explain or ask for anything. Not even tea is served. A dingy looking place. Go there only if you know French

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the metro station Porte de la Chapelle. from there it takes about 20 minutes to Gare du Nord. the hotel employees are really friendly and try to help you with everything.

We went there for one night, and I must say that this was a great decision. The room was friendly and also the breakfast were nice. The Metro was nearly the hotel so we had a great way to the center of Paris. All in all I can say that our trip to Paris was beautiful. ?

Quickly checked in, got a nice room. Heater did not work, there was a rather bad smell all around the hallway on the floor we were in, but the biggest problem is that the metro access is under some bridges where homeless people hang out. But if you business is in that part of the city, it's OK.

Simple and clean rooms and a nice breakfast offer. Location isn't as bad as it seems. You can easily, and most important safely, catch the metro to town and reach a supermarket within 10 min. by walking.

Literally the worst part of town I stayed in, switched hotels after one night, no sidewalk to the hotel so you have to cross a highway on foot! Tv didn't work, staff very unfriendly and unhelpful..wouldn't stay again
