Very convenient for access via A1 motorway, but navigate the awful flyover with caution. Not a salubrious area. Very helpful staff and secure but expensive parking. Room quiet but too warm-no airco adjustment. Perfectly OK buffet breakfast.

It was a good stay in general. Hotel is clean, breakfast is average but enough for short trip. Parking is large but very bad controlled with steep ramp and two doors. It is on the ring of Paris so easy to reach however the neighborhood is a bit dangerous at night if you are not in a car.

Rude staff and reception. There were two ladies at the reception but it took nearly 10 min. to welcome us. 10 min. away from the nearest metro station (the last stop of metro line 12) and you should walk under the bridges, through quiet places, some drug addicts around, therefore it is not a safe area for singles.

We spent two terrible nights here, everything in the room smelled of smoke including the pillows! We were woken up each morning by other guests arguing loudly in the corridor. This place is ok. It's definitely more of a hostel than a hotel. As a hostel, it's pretty good. The room's are very basic and there's a built-in unit which comprises the shower, toilet and sink. noisy students....fag smoke.....awful! 0 sleep.....the beds are so uncomfortable its probably better on a park bench! Its what i imagine its like to be hermatically sealed in a room sized coffin! Better to pay double and go next door to the suite hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy let alone a friend. Its more of a student hostel.
