We have returned after 3 night stay here and had some reservations after reading some of the reviews and the poor hotel we had stayed in last time. However as always give it a fair chance and actually I was pleasantly surprised. Crimee is quite central on the no 7 metro link 15 min from opera etc. I'm not sure... More

This hotel is in a neighborhood not far from the tube station that takes you into central Paris in about 20 mins...outside noise was disturbing at nights and the room was quite small...however very clean and comfortable...staff were very helpful and friendly...would stay there again

Don't stay here if you can't sleep through a hurricane because that's what it sounds like at night, every time someone runs a tap/shower/toilet, speaks, opens the lift doors, uses the lift, it echoes through the building and sounds like someone is moving furniture. Decor is dated, service is budget, reflects the price I guess. We asked to be moved... More

The hotel was ok, not great, not bad. Same for the location, it wasn't pretty, but it seemed residential and safe. It was close enough to the subway station, which was the main thing I cared about. it was cheap and the rooms were good.

A really great little hotel with a clean, comfortable bed. Coming from England I couldn't afford to use my 3G here so it was a relief to find that there was a good, strong FREE wi-fi avaliable. Tidy little rooms with en suite facilities and a satellite TV. The English speaking staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. My... More

It's all well and good saving money, which I'm all in favour of, but this was just too bad. The rooms were stuffy and hot, the bathroom was tiny and, apart from one very nice lady in reception, the staff were very uninterested and rude. In the evening you had to contend with all the youths grouped outside shouting until... More

I spent four nights at Paris Villette in July, 2013 and, all things considered, I was glad to leave. The area around the hotel is unattractive, depressing and has little to recommend it. It’s a gritty, low-rent district of ugly high-rise apartments, definitely not the Paris tourists come to see. Although that Paris may only be a 20 minute subway... More

Really wasn't expecting this hotel to be as bad as it turned out to be. Our first room (a twin) was so small it was hard to move around, the toilet was dirty and hadn't been throughly cleaned and smelt of old pee (i actually ended up cleaning it myself to stop the smell), the beds are LONG PAST their... As many people have stated, yes its not in the best neighbourhood of Paris, even the taxi driver as he dropped us off said it wasnt a nice area at night, but we had no trouble or saw no trouble. It is 5-10 mins from the nearest Metro station and this makes it invaluable in my book. The hotel is... More

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on TA. As everyone says, it really is a good little hotel. It's not flash, but it's very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it really was a great place to stay. We arrived in Paris pretty late so had to get a taxi from the airport. Our... More
