We've stayed in this hotel for two nights, from 25th to 27th of December. Been offered a room, which apparently was Superior Double Room. After checking their website, there was nothing superior about our room. I went to the reception and ask the 'lady' if we're staying in the room we've paid for, I've been told that yes. I was... This was our first trip to Paris and we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Louvre Rivoli, great location to the city. The hotel staff were amazing. We forgot tooth paste and the lady at the front desk gave us her own because the pharmacy's were closed. What a lovely lady she was. The room was lovely, small but just what... More

Cannot recommend this hotel enough, from our exceedingly spacious room to the quirky light up bathroom. Exceptionally clean with really nice linen we'll definitely be back. Location was really good for the metro & accessibility to the sights etc

I've stayed here before in April, so naturally chose it again. It's in a very good position for visiting everywhere and getting to from Gare du Nord or CDG. My room was even better than last time. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed here as a family for the 4 days of the October halfterm (27-31st). This hotel was chosen based on price, location and other reviewers comments. I booked and paid in full online and we were greeted by Zina who was most hospitable. Our room on the 4th floor (suite for 3) had a nice big bath which was... More

Stayed her before and returned because of the outstanding location. If anything it has improved. The service from the reception was outstanding. Indeed all staff were very good. Our first floor room was modern, roomy and spotless. The kettle and fridge were most appreciated. The WiFi was generally good, though failed at times. The hotel is very close to Chatelet... More

I stayed here in September 2015, from 20th to 22nd. This hotel is in the central location of Paris -- everything is within walking distance from this hotel. One can easily walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, Sainte Chapelle, Forum des Halles, Pont Neuf, Museum Georges Pompidou, Picasso Museum, etc. I walked pretty much to different parts of city from here.... Unfortunately, the receptionists weren't as hospitable as I'm used to. The rooms are a bit pricey, but I guess the location and modern rooms set them. Dear hotel owners: Be careful - the rugs get when when showering - mould alert! Room was starting to smell! Another negative thing: Wifi was off at 04:00 am.

We went there as a family of mum, father with their infant The hotel is very nice and well centrally located but we faced a bad reception there by VICTORIA ( she is available at morning time only); she is very stiff & unfreindly dealed with us when came from more than 3500 km & spent more than 12 hours... The accomodation at Hotel Louvre Rivoli has been the best we could find! An excellent ratio quality/price, an excellent location at 5 min by foot from Louvre, Notre Dame, and at 1 min from Les Halles-Chatelet metro station, where several metro lines crossed in all directions. Rooms are modern, confortable and very very clean. European breakfast is served in a... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
