The best part about Hotel du Triangle d'Or is the staff, particularly those at the reception - they are all very nice and helpful. The check-in was so speedy. I very much appreciated being able to get to my room quickly. I had some difficulty at the check-out because the gentleman on duty seemed not to be able to handle... More

I stayed in a standard Twin room with a friend for a long weekend (2 nights). We arrived at noon on Friday and were given a room immediately. The room was very 'cosy' but clean and I loved the music themed rooms. Although, the drum bedside table isn't great if you wake up in the middle of the night and... More

Excellent location, a two minute walk from Madeleine Metro station. Clean and neat rooms, and the staff is really helpful and nice. The breakfast is really good for a Paris hotel. Only negtive thing might be the lack of a hotel bar and the firm bed pillows (but that is a matter of taste).

This is france so the sex shop next door didn't bother me. Madeleine Church is within steps from the hotel and all shopping within 5-10min walk. Behind is Pritemps and Lafayatte and in from of the hotel, u can walk to Rue Royale, Rue Cambon, Rue Saint Honore Faubourg, Place Vendome etc !! Very good location for shopping. Breakfast looks... This is my second time staying at this hotel. Upon my very early arrival at the hotel from an overseas flight, Fatima at the front desk, was extremely accommodating in finding me a room with little delay. Both she and her colleague, Oada (I am certain to be spelling this wrong, but hopefully she forgives me) were extremely friendly and... More

We travelled to Paris for just 1 night at this hotel, we booked a superior room. The rooms were clean, modern en comfortable. We loved our stay there: cool decoration and friendly staff. The location is also very good. When we go back to Paris we would pick this hotel again.

We stayed at Hotel Du Triangle d'Or because of it's proximity to the Arrondissement 1&2 and other places of interest And also, because it is relatively new. And good in value compare to hotels nearby. It is within 5 minutes walk from Rue Cambon, 10 minutes to The Opera, 15 minutes to the Louvre and even the Norte Dame. It... More

Visited Paris from Toronto for the first time and my stay at this hotel was amazing. We couldn't believe how close this hotel was to everything, I will definitely book here again. To eat in the hotel was very expensive but a lot of shops and reasonably priced cafes around. Steps to the Metro

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
