I stayed there for two nights with my school. A few people had things that were broken in their rooms but they were sorted out very quickly. The staff went out of their way to be helpful in all situations. The beds were extremely comfy and soft. The rooms were spacious and very clean, couldn't find any dust or spider... More

I am a coach driver from Yorkshire and I had to bring a group of young students to this hotel in early July. It is situated in a fairly rundown area in the paris suburbs. It is next to a student residence . The room I was given had a bunk bed in it and an en suite . The... More

Thank you for your review. We are extremely concerned about the comfort and well-being of our clients, especially the younger ones. Feedback from our customers, including coaches drivers and teachers of these groups, are overwhelmingly positive, but of course we also take into account the remarks sometimes less pleasant but always constructive. We regret that the shower has displeased you.... More

Honestly it's actually better then what everyone's saying. I mean obviously it's not going to be fantastic; it's a 2 star hotel, not the Hilton. I went here in may on a school trip and we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was ok, not the kind of hotel I'm used to but I went there with an... More

I came to this place with my school (a group of about 30 girls) So the negatives: - some of the food was a bit average - friend got trapped in the bathroom on the first night as there was no door handle - a little noisy due to schools - bathrooms were a little icky Positives though: - if... More

I don't want to be horrible about someone's business, but to summarise: icky. Felt dirtier getting out of the shower than before washing, room looked over an astroturf that played host to teenage boys who insisted upon urinating where we could see them, suspicious hairs on the bed and the base of the loo was vile. The food was horrific.... More

Well, we had read the reviews but NST, our travel company, use the residence and this is our second year. Yes, it's a fair walk from the metro but it's good for teenagers to walk and look around them! We ate an evening meal and breakfasts- no complaints. There was a younger bigger party of school kids , so that... More

I organised a school trip with 50 students last weekend and got really worried because of the comments on this website. Although the area is not the nicest one, the hotel offers nice food and staff was friendly and helpful. Students had a wonderful time and were happy about the hotel and the food. This is exactly what we wanted... More

We came here October 2013 on a school trip, all the reviews were right, it's worse than a prison! The first night we stayed here we first went to the "restaurant" where we were give what seemed completely raw beef burgers, they were practically mooing still, it was disgusting, our teachers had to take us to McDonalds. The rooms are... More

I stayed here in March 2013 for four miserable days. It was a school trip, so I was sharing a room with four of my friends, which was unacceptable as this room could barely fit two people, let alone five. The conditions of the room were absolutely vile, especially the bathroom which was inhumane- I have been to public toilets cleaner... More
