Comfortable, clean, quiet, modern hotel close to Gare du l'est and Gare du nord. Excellent, professional staff. We arrived late and left very early with no problem. Free paper. Great bakery across the street. Highly recommended.

So gross. After half of our honeymoon on the Greek islands where the prices were half o this hotel's and the rooms were fantastic I was so disappointed to be in this hotel. It is in such a bad area with bad service and the rooms are disgusting. The hallways are so run down the room has carpeting that must... More

Clean, comfortable with 24 hour reception. Although not so close to nice restaurants, tourist attractions and good shopping extremely close to the Metro and one of the main train stations Gare de l'est! Unfortunately breakfast is not included in the daily room price and this was not explained to us at check in so we were hit with a large... More

The location of this hotel is perfect for easily getting around Paris. Our room was very clean and cozy with an absolutely amazing view of Gare L'Est. The staff are great.... I highly recommend this place!!

I don't often use hotels in Paris but chose this for a quick two day trip with a friend over from the States because of its proximity to the Gare du Nord and the fact they have a left luggage room. We booked two 'cosy' rooms and were expecting boot cupboards but by the never large standard of Paris hotel... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. The hotel is small and is perfect if you're in Paris for a few days. The staff are wonderful and so friendly I cannot fault their professionalism and willingness to help! The room was quite small but that was expected as it was a good price and I had read other... Pros: near gare l'est. Nesr metro, have a few great eateries around. Cons: very very small room. Not that near to nord. Esp when u drag a few luggage. If u arrive from nord, ask around to look for gare l'est. Service is fine (depends who is the one you met). Early check in and late check out both chargeable.

Recently stayed here with girl friend and thought the room was quite good, but the area is just not pleasant. Our room faced the inside away from the road so no noise problems at all. Tv reception was terrible, cutting in and out. Shower was modern and clean, but the design of the shower head and fittings was stupid. I... More

This hotel was in a great location for coming in from the Gare de l'Est train station. Literally across the road. The room we were in had a balcony and was very large, with a large bathroom. It is next to a busy street, and so there was a considerable amount of noise, but it didn't remotely affect our sleep!
