myself and my husband and another couple have just returned from this hotel we booked through last minute, and it was advertised as stunningly spacious, it was one of the smallest rooms i have ever stayed in. we arrived late and could not get into our room as the door was jammed, so the guy came up to open it... more

Stayed here from April 17- 20 2009. It's a small hotel not located to any of the popular attractions (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame etc.). But it's a 5 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station so it's really convenient. Staff were friendly and could speak English. Room was nice and cosy with a huge wardrobe and comfy beds. The only... more

After coming from western Canada with a long layover in Toronto between connections we had been up and traveling 24 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm we were advised it would be a short wait for a room.No problem as there is a 11 am check out. Well after a short time we asked how much longer and... more

This hotel did not have towels for us the first night. We were given two robes for us to use as towels. There was no phone service the entire five nights we stayed. The dishes were never done as a part of the room cleaning The final day we stayed there was no cleaning or new towels at all. When... more

The rooms try to be a Suite Hotel or a Citadines but their poor ergonomic design mean that they fall well short of the quality in those chains. Generally smaller, they do have a kitchen, but there is nowhere to sit to eat anything you cook. The bathroom is small and impractical. The hotel has the feeling that it's past... more

This hotel was a dissapointment. The family "suite" was very small for four people - and the bathroom was the smallest I had ever seen. The shower curtain was so full of mold - I vomited from the smell. The staff promptly replaced it with a new one. Staff was stingy with the towels, had to beg for fresh ones.... more

We booked our hotel for a one week stay. We chose the Park & Suites for its proximaty to the city's trains and Metro. We were not disappointed. It's location was ideal to navigate throughout the city without the use of a vehicle. We were 5 minutes away from the downtown core and its tourist attractions and two minutes from... more

Stayed here from Nov5-9 2007..on our month long vacation in Europe, hotel looks just like the pictures, contempo, modern design, and good location from the metro... from hotel, metro is out the door to your right, down some concrete steps cross a quiet street and your right there... like a 3 minute walk...we had the 3 person suite, nice size... more

This hotel however was excellent both becuase of its staff and buildind but the metro it was on. it turned out that there was a country wide metro strike... more

Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful, and spoke English well. The compact room was kept clean as a whistle, and was QUIET, with double-glazed windows opening onto the little balcony. Nice little kitchenette with fridge hob/stove and microwave. En suite compact bathroom. TV with BBC English channel, as well as Arabic, Chinese, and German language channels. General grocery... more
