Excellent customer service with 24 hour reception desk stgaff who are very helpful. the rooms are small, as is the lift- but quite adequate. the breakfast room is a little too small for he amount of people using it, and it feels a little claustrophobic. The breakfast is unexceptional.. The hotel provides surprisingly good sleep quality considering it's handy proximity... More

This hotel is very central. Half hour on the train from CDG Airport. Then a small walk to the hotel. Around the corner from the Metro. The room we stayed in on the 4th floor was dated in decor although I do believe that some rooms have been modernised. However it was spotlessly clean, beds made and towels changed every... More

The rooms were a bit small but clean, bed was comfortable.the safe in the room was big enough to take a laptop and other bits as well and very easy to use. Nice and clean place to stay, near one of the main train stations. We stayed on the 6th floor, on the roof, where there is a nice view! Beds were clean and comfortable. Reception was nice and helpful :)

This hotel is handy for the Gard du Nord station. Lovely people at a 24 hr reception. Lovely room/bathroom, surprisingly quiet considering its on the main street. Would stay again for sure. Thank goodness for that lift after all thos steps in Paris!

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted well, the staff spoke both French and English which made it easy for us as our French was a bit rusty!! Our room overlooked the front of the hotel onto a busy main road but the french doors were superbly soundproof that when shut we couldn't hear the noise of the... More

Regarding Superbreak, I think it all worked wonderfully well. No hitches with any of the bookings, or the boat trip, or the Eurostar journeys. I would certainly use them again. It would have been nice to have more information regarding the boat trip in advance , though, to save us queuing for nearly 2 hours before we set off. As... More

We visited Paris for my sixtieth birthday. The Alane hotel is very suitable for a short visit. The room was a little small but adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had a hot & powerful jet, but the shower cubicle was also a bit small. Location is good near to the railway station with many bars cafes &... More
