I had difficulty cancelling my reservation through www.hotels.com, but when I contacted the hotel staff directly they went out of their was to make sure I was properly reimbursed. They explained that if we were to book directly next time the process would be simpler and would avoid a commission.

Internet works just in the lobby and the 1st floor. Receptionist not very polite. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone. It would be good for 20 eur/night.
