We had 2 rooms as we were 5 people. Both rooms were clean, but the one for 2 people was very small. I t would has been very difficult to use the kitchen as it was in a cupboard and there was nowhere to sit and eat. The room for 3 people was better and much bigger. Great location and... More

Rooms are in very bad condition, everything is very old. They are trying to clean the rooms, but it's not possible. The staff is very helpfull, the location is the best for attractions, for business, for dining, for shops. The AIR FRANCE bus stop is one minute walk from the Hotel. The rooms are with heating that's very positive.

A place where you are afraid to take your socks off is never a good place. It smelled peanuts of feet, not sure, all the room, the sheets, EVERYTHING! When I arrived I had to escape almost immediately because I could not stand the smell. The toilet ceiling is almost falling appart, there was a hairpin in the toilet, hairs... More

Four of us stayed in a single room apartment for 6 nights. The following are the positives... 1.The location was good. The rooftop gives an excellent view of the Arc de Triomphe due to it's proximity to the arc. 2. Location well connected by Bus, RER and Metro 3. Accommodation was clean with enough space. The following are the negatives...... More

Selected this hotel even after some "not so encouraging" reviews. However our experience was good. The apartment allotted was nice with a bedroom hall and kitchen. (I think they upgraded the room). Although the room had no views, the location is unbeatable at this price. The the cherry on the cake was the roof top view especially at night with... More

Staff was rude when we asked for an extra towel. We were paying for three people in the room and only got two towels for the four nights. I understand it's a budget hotel. We just wanted enough towels for all of us. It would have been nice to be able to get clean towels at some point during the... More

We booked this hotel based on the location and the promise of the roof terrace. From reading previous reviews we knew it wasn't going to be luxurious but that was a compromise we were willing to make for the location and views. It is definitely not luxurious and the rooms could use a bit of freshening up - re-painting and... More

The hotel was located in the city center very near o champs elysees and many memorial buildings. But keep in your mind there are also many people hanging around and women suggesting you to be a company! Not good for families and children. My room was very small, although it was nearly clean.
